المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان استمرارية تشغيل المرافق دون انقطاع من خلال الإشراف الهندسي على جميع الورديات، بما في ذلك الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية على مدار الساعة.
- الإشراف على فرق الصيانة الخارجية وتوجيهها لضمان تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية بشكل صحيح.
- العمل كخبير في الأنظمة الحيوية للمباني (مثل HVAC، الكهرباء، السباكة، الحماية من الحرائق، أنظمة إدارة المباني BMS) وضمان الأداء الأمثل والجاهزية.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين وفرض معايير السلامة والجودة والتحقق من الامتثال لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) ومؤشرات الأداء (KPIs).
- قيادة الاستجابة الفنية لحالات الطوارئ في المرافق، واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، وتنسيق إجراءات التعافي السريع.
- مراجعة تقارير الصيانة وسجلات الورديات وسجلات الحوادث والتحقق منها، وتقديم المدخلات الفنية لتحليل الأسباب الجذرية والتحسين المستمر.
- ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة الصيانة للوائح السلامة والمعايير البيئية والسياسات الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة المرافق.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تشغيل وصيانة المرافق، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور إشرافي أو قيادي هندسي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط.
- قدرات ممتازة في استكشاف الأعطال والتشخيص.
- الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الصيانة المحوسبة (CMMS)، وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS)، وأنظمة إدارة الطاقة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة المباني واستراتيجيات الصيانة وبروتوكولات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق قوية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل عبر الورديات المختلفة وإدارة عدة جهات معنية.

As a Maintenance Supervisor of Facilities, you will lead and oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of facility
systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. This role requires a technically proficient engineer who
can supervisor outsourced teams, manage emergencies and ensure seamless operations across all shifts.
You Will:
- Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights,
weekends, and holidays 24/7. - Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams, ensuring proper execution of preventive and corrective
maintenance tasks. - Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS,
etc.), ensuring optimal performance and uptime. - Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and
KPIs. - Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
- Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records. Provide technical input for root cause
analysis and continuous improvement. - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead
engineering role. - Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and energy management systems.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance strategies, and emergency response protocols.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently across shifts and manage multiple stakeholders.
