لوسيد (Lucid) تعلن عن وظيفة مناول مواد (Material Handler) في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن نقل المواد بأمان وكفاءة لدعم عمليات الإنتاج المستمرة، بما في ذلك تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- نقل المواد من وإلى أرصفة التحميل ومناطق التخزين وخطوط الإنتاج ومركبات التوصيل باستخدام الطرق اليدوية أو معدات مناولة المواد.
- اتباع التعليمات الكتابية والشفوية لإنجاز المهام اليومية للمستودعات ومناولة المواد بكفاءة.
- استلام البضائع وفرزها ووضع العلامات عليها وتخزينها في المواقع المحددة، مع ضمان التتبع والتوثيق الدقيق لجميع المواد التي يتم مناولتها.
- تشغيل المعدات مثل الرافعات الشوكية الجالسة ومنتقي الطلبات ومحركات القطر والرافعات اليدوية والأجهزة المساعدة لنقل أو رفع العناصر الثقيلة بأمان.
- تجهيز المنتجات للشحن والاستلام وعمليات الخطوط الجانبية، وإعداد المواد لاحتياجات النقل والإنتاج.
- إجراء فحوصات جودة للمواد الواردة، والحفاظ على سجلات مخزون دقيقة، والتحقق من مستندات الشحن من حيث الاكتمال والدقة.
- الحفاظ على بيئة مستودع نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة، والالتزام بمعايير السلامة الخاصة بالشركة وممارسات التدبير المنزلي العامة.
- العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني، مع إظهار المبادرة والقدرة على التكيف ومهارات حل المشكلات الفعالة في بيئة سريعة الخطى وديناميكية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- القدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتواصل الفعال باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على اتباع تعليمات العمل الكتابية والشفوية.
- معرفة أساسية بـ Microsoft Office (يفضل معرفة SAP).
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (مفضلة).
- رخصة/شهادة مشغل رافعة شوكية سارية المفعول.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في تشغيل معدات مناولة المواد (مثل الرافعات الشوكية ومحركات القطر والرافعات اليدوية).
- القدرة على الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة في الموقع (معدات الحماية الشخصية، حدود السرعة، المسارات المحددة، إلخ).
- القدرة البدنية على رفع أو حمل أو دفع أو سحب عناصر يتراوح وزنها بين 10-50 رطلاً (حوالي 4.5-22.7 كجم).

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, including operating forklifts, to support continuous production operations. The role includes material staging, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving activities, while ensuring full compliance with safety and operational standards within a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
You Will :
- Transport materials to and from loading docks, storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using manual methods or material handling equipment.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily warehouse and material handling tasks efficiently.
- Receive, sort, mark, and stock cargo in designated locations, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all materials handled.
- Operate equipment such as sit-down forklifts, order pickers, tow motors, pallet jacks, and assistive devices to safely move or lift heavy items.
- Stage products for shipping, receiving, and lineside operations, preparing materials for transport and production needs.
- Perform quality inspections of incoming materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and cross-check shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company safety standards and general housekeeping practices.
- Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You Bring:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (SAP preferred)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid forklift operator license/certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, tow motors, pallet jacks)
- Ability to comply with site safety requirements (PPE, speed limits, designated routes, etc.)
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing 10-50 lbs.

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
