أكسنتشر، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في الخدمات المهنية، تعلن عن وظيفة مدير تخطيط وجدولة (Planning & Scheduling Manager) في الرياض، للإشراف على تطوير وإدارة جداول البرامج الزمنية لمشاريع مراكز بيانات واسعة النطاق.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذا دور قيادي رئيسي في مجال التحكم بالمشاريع، مسؤول عن تطوير وإدارة وصيانة جداول زمنية قوية للبرامج عبر مشاريع مراكز البيانات الكبيرة. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق إدارة المشاريع والشؤون التجارية والهندسة والإنشاءات، لتوفير قيادة الجدولة وتحليل الأداء والتنبؤ وإعداد تقارير التقدم لضمان تسليم البرنامج بنجاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة عبر برامج مراكز البيانات الرئيسية من التصميم حتى التشغيل والتسليم.
- تطوير وصيانة وإدارة الجداول الزمنية المتكاملة الرئيسية بما يتوافق مع أهداف البرنامج.
- إنشاء معايير التحكم بالمشاريع والتخطيط عبر مشاريع ومجموعات عمل متعددة.
- مراقبة التقدم وأداء الجدولة مقابل خطوط الأساس المعتمدة.
- إجراء تحليل الجدولة وتقييم المسار الحرج وتقييم مخاطر البرنامج.
- تقديم تنبؤات دقيقة وتحليل سيناريوهات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات لدى العميل.
- إعداد تقارير على المستوى التنفيذي ولوحات المعلومات وعروض التخطيط لأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- مراقبة وإدارة تغييرات الجدولة والتأخيرات وخطط التعافي.
- تنسيق أنشطة التخطيط مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- قيادة اجتماعات مراجعة الجدولة ومناقشات أداء البرنامج.
- دعم أنشطة إدارة المخاطر من خلال تحديد مخاطر الجدولة والتخطيط للتخفيف منها.
- التعاون مع الفرق التجارية وفرق التحكم بالمشاريع لمواءمة تقارير الجدولة والتكاليف.
- توجيه وتطوير مهندسي التخطيط ومحترفي التحكم بالمشاريع المبتدئين.
- دفع التحسين المستمر في عمليات التخطيط والأنظمة ومنهجيات إعداد التقارير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في أدوار التخطيط أو الجدولة أو التحكم بالمشاريع.
- خبرة واسعة في دعم مشاريع مراكز البيانات الكبيرة، ويفضل أن تكون مرافق ضخمة أو حرجة.
- مستخدم خبير لبرنامج Primavera P6 وأدوات التحكم بالمشاريع المتقدمة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير وإدارة الجداول الزمنية المتكاملة المعقدة.
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على اعتماد مهني من APM أو PMI أو PSP أو AACE أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في مشاريع منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

About the role:
This is a key project controls leadership role responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining robust programme schedules across large-scale Data Centre projects.
Working closely with project management, commercial, engineering, and construction teams, you will provide schedule leadership, performance analysis, forecasting, and progress reporting to ensure successful programme delivery.
The successful candidate will bring extensive Data Centre experience from a PMC, construction consultancy, or client-side environment and possess a deep understanding of programme planning, controls, and reporting within complex capital projects
In this role you will:
Lead planning and scheduling activities across major Data Centre programmes from design through commissioning and handover.
Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules aligned with programme objectives.
Establish project controls and planning standards across multiple projects and workstreams.
Monitor progress and schedule performance against approved baselines.
Conduct schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and programme risk evaluations.
Provide accurate forecasting and scenario analysis to support client decision-making.
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and planning presentations for key stakeholders.
Monitor and manage schedule changes, delays, and recovery plans.
Coordinate planning activities with contractors, consultants, client teams, and project stakeholders.
Lead schedule review meetings and programme performance discussions.
Support risk management activities through schedule risk identification and mitigation planning.
Collaborate with commercial and project controls teams to align schedule and cost reporting.
Mentor and develop planning engineers and junior project controls professionals.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems, and reporting methodologies.
Experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls roles.
Extensive experience supporting large-scale Data Centre projects, ideally hyperscale or mission-critical facilities
Expert user of Primavera P6 and advanced project controls tools.
Proven experience developing and managing complex integrated master schedules.
Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Professional accreditation with APM, PMI, PSP, AACE, or equivalent is desirable.
Previous Middle East project experience is highly desirable.
