تعلن شركة Love Recruitment International عن فرصة مميزة للعمل كمدير رياضي (Sports Manager) في وجهة عائلية رياضية داخلية فاخرة بمدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتضمن الوظيفة الانتقال إلى جدة، براتب شهري 27,000 ريال سعودي (معفى من الضرائب، أي ما يعادل حوالي 5,300 جنيه إسترليني). يشغل المنصب تحت إشراف المدير العام، ويتطلب خبرة في إدارة المنشآت الرياضية المتعددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإدارة الشاملة لقسم الأكاديميات الرياضية وتحمل مسؤولية الربح والخسارة (P&L) بالكامل.
- قيادة وإدارة الشراكات مع مشغلي الرياضة الخارجيين واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs).
- توحيد المناهج التدريبية وجودة البرامج وبروتوكولات السلامة عبر جميع الرياضات.
- تصميم والإشراف على التقويم السنوي للبرامج بما في ذلك الأكاديميات الصغرى والمخيمات العطلاتية.
- تطبيق معايير حماية الطفل ونماذج تدريب مناسبة للفئات العمرية ضمن برامج الناشئين.
- توظيف وتأهيل وقيادة فريق عمليات الأكاديميات الرياضية المتعددة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في إدارة منشآت رياضية متعددة أو مرافق ترفيهية كبيرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة برامج الأطفال أو المخيمات العطلاتية أو الأكاديميات الصغرى على نطاق واسع.
- خبرة حقيقية في تحمل مسؤولية الربح والخسارة (P&L) مع فطنة تجارية قوية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (شرط أساسي)، وتعد اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فطنة تجارية قوية وخبرة حقيقية في إدارة الربح والخسارة.
- معرفة عملية بممارسات حماية الطفل ومعايير التوظيف الآمن.
- ثقة في قيادة وتوجيه وإدارة أداء فريق متنوع.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).

- Leading and managing third-party sports operator partnerships and SLAs
- Standardising coaching curriculum, programming quality, and safety protocols across all sports
- Designing and overseeing the annual programming calendar, including junior academies and holiday camps
- Embedding child safeguarding compliance and age-appropriate training models across junior programmes
- Recruiting, onboarding, and leading a multi-sport academy operations team
You will ideally have:
- 8 to 10 years' experience managing multi-sport or large recreational facilities
- Proven experience running children's programmes, holiday camps, or junior academies at scale
- Strong commercial acumen with genuine P&L ownership experience
- Working knowledge of child safeguarding practice and safer recruitment standards
- Confidence leading, mentoring, and performance-managing a diverse team
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Tax-free salary of SAR 27,000 per month
