شركة Master Works، من خلال فرعها SOOR، تبحث عن أخصائي شبكات وتعاون (Network & Collaboration, Specialist) في الرياض لدعم البنية التحتية للشبكات وأنظمة الاتصالات وضمان خدمات اتصال وتعاون موثوقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة البنية التحتية لشبكات المؤسسة (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN) وشبكات مراكز البيانات.
  • تصميم ونشر وتحسين شبكات الواي فاي للمؤسسات لضمان اتصال سلس وتغطية وسعة وأداء مثاليين.
  • تهيئة ودعم تقنيات التوجيه (routing) والتبديل (switching) باستخدام منصات Cisco أو Aruba أو Juniper أو ما يعادلها.
  • تنفيذ وإدارة حلول التحكم في الوصول إلى الشبكة (NAC) لفرض المصادقة الآمنة للأجهزة وسياسات وصول المستخدمين وتقسيم الشبكة.
  • نشر وتهيئة واستكشاف أخطاء البنية التحتية للاتصالات الصوتية الموحدة (VoIP) والاتصالات الموحدة (Unified Communications) بما في ذلك الاتصال الهاتفي عبر IP (IP telephony) و SIP و QoS وبوابات الصوت.
  • إدارة وحدات التحكم اللاسلكية (Wireless Controllers) ونقاط الوصول (Access Points) وتحسين الترددات الراديوية والتجوال والخدمات اللاسلكية للضيوف وخدمات المصادقة.
  • مراقبة أداء الشبكة والصوت وتحديد المشكلات وحلها بشكل استباقي لضمان أقصى درجات التوافر.
  • قيادة مشاريع البنية التحتية للشبكات بما في ذلك اتصال الفروع ونشر المقرات الرئيسية وعمليات الترحيل وترقيات التقنيات.
  • إعداد وصيانة مخططات الشبكة والتوثيق والإجراءات التشغيلية والمعايير الفنية.
  • التنسيق مع البائعين ومزودي خدمات الإنترنت (ISPs) ومقدمي الخدمات لحل المشكلات التقنية وتنفيذ الحلول الجديدة.
  • دعم وإدارة وحدات التحكم اللاسلكية من Aruba (Aruba Wireless Controllers) وبيئات Huawei Wi-Fi 7.
  • المسؤوليات الإضافية (دعم نمو الحسابات التجارية): إدارة وتطوير حسابات العملاء من خلال تحديد فرص البيع المتبادل والبيع الإضافي للخدمات والحلول الإضافية، والعمل كمستشار موثوق للعملاء لبناء علاقات طويلة الأجل وضمان رضا عالٍ واستبقاء العملاء، والتعاون مع فريق المبيعات لدعم فرص الأعمال الجديدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة 5 سنوات في مشاريع تقنية المعلومات.
  • الإلمام بمنهجيات إدارة المشاريع.
  • الكفاءة في استخدام أدوات تتبع المشاريع.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على تعدد المهام.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
  • الاهتمام الشديد بالتفاصيل والمتابعة حتى الإنجاز.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة (بطلاقة).

Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Network & Collaboration, Specialist who will be responsible for supporting network infrastructure, communication systems, and collaboration platforms to ensure reliable connectivity and communication services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center network infrastructure
  • Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity, coverage, capacity, and performance
  • Configure and support routing and switching technologies using Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or equivalent platforms
  • Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce secure device authentication, user access policies, and network segmentation
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP and Unified Communications infrastructure, including IP telephony, SIP, QoS, and voice gateways
  • Manage wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, roaming, guest wireless, and authentication services
  • Monitor network and voice performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum availability
  • Lead network infrastructure projects, including branch connectivity, headquarters deployments, migrations, and technology upgrades
  • Develop and maintain network diagrams, documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards
  • Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions
  • Support and manage Aruba Wireless Controllers and Huawei Wi-Fi 7 environments

Additional Responsibilities (Account Growth & Commercial Support):

  • Manage and develop client accounts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services and solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in IT projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
