تبحث Master Works عن مهندس DevOps أول يتمتع بخبرة قوية في أنظمة Kubernetes البيئية وممارسات CI/CD الحديثة، لدعم تطبيقات المؤسسات ومنصات الذكاء الاصطناعي. سيتولى تصميم وبناء وصيانة بنية تحتية قابلة للتوسع وآمنة وموثوقة لمجموعة واسعة من تطبيقات الأعمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ وإدارة منصات قائمة على Kubernetes لتطبيقات المؤسسات.
- إدارة وتشغيل وصيانة منصات إدارة الكلاستر.
- تنفيذ وإدارة خطوط أنابيب CI/CD للتطبيقات والخدمات.
- نشر وإدارة التطبيقات باستخدام أفضل ممارسات تنسيق الحاويات.
- ضمان التوفر العالي والأداء والأمان للأنظمة المحلية.
- تنفيذ وإدارة سير عمل GitOps.
- التعاون مع فرق التطوير لتبسيط نشر التطبيقات وإطلاقها.
- مراقبة الأنظمة وحل المشكلات وتحسين استخدام الموارد.
- تنفيذ وتعزيز أفضل ممارسات الأمان بما في ذلك التحكم في الوصول وإدارة الأسرار.
- توثيق بنية النظام والعمليات لضمان مشاركة المعرفة وقابلية الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية قوية مع Kubernetes (K8s) في بيئات الإنتاج.
- خبرة في تنسيق الحاويات وأتمتة النشر.
- خبرة في التعامل مع أحمال عمل GPU في Kubernetes (NVIDIA GPU Operator، بيئات CUDA).
- خبرة مع Rancher و/أو OpenShift لإدارة الكلاستر.
- معرفة متينة بإدارة أنظمة Linux ومفاهيم الشبكات.
- خبرة مع أدوات المراقبة والتسجيل (Grafana أو ما يماثلها).
- فهم قوي لأفضل ممارسات الأمان للبيئات المحلية.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والقدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Master Works is seeking a highly skilled DevOps, Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes ecosystems and modern CI/CD practices to support enterprise applications and AI platforms. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure for a wide range of business applications.

- Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes-based platforms for enterprise applications
- Administer, operate and maintain platforms cluster management
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for applications and services
- Deploy and manage applications using container orchestration best practices
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of on-premises systems
- Implement and manage GitOps workflows
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and releases
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including access control and secrets management
- Document system architecture and processes to ensure clear knowledge sharing and maintainability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments
- Experience with container orchestration and deployment automation
- Experience handling GPU workloads in Kubernetes (NVIDIA GPU Operator, CUDA environments)
- Experience with Rancher and/or OpenShift for cluster management
- Solid knowledge of Linux system administration and networking concepts
- Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Grafana or similar)
- Strong understanding of security best practices for on-premises environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
