تعلن شركة GTS عن توفر وظيفة "أخصائي تحصيل أول (Senior Collections Specialist)" في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة وإدارة عملية حسابات القبض، بما في ذلك التحصيل.
- متابعة الأرصدة المستحقة للعملاء وضمان تحصيل المدفوعات في الوقت المحدد.
- متابعة تحصيل خطابات الضمان (LG).
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع معاملات وأنشطة حسابات القبض.
- إعداد وتحليل تقارير حسابات القبض وتقديم تحديثات دورية للإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال التحصيل، ويفضل في قطاع تقنية المعلومات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية.
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office المحاسبية، خاصة Excel.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل (Detail-oriented).

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable process, including collections.
- Follow up on outstanding customer balances and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Follow up on LG collection.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions and activities.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports and provide regular updates to management.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in collection, preferred in IT sector
- .Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- .Strong organizational skills
- .Proficiency in accounting MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- .Detail-oriented
