We looking for an experienced KUKA Robot Operator to join our team in Riyadh and support our digital and robotic fabrication projects.

Position: KUKA Robot Operator

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

⏱ Full-time⁩

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁦Operate, set up, and monitor KUKA industrial robotic arms for fabrication and machining processes.
• Prepare, load, and execute robotic toolpaths according to project requirements.
• Perform robot calibration, tool setup, and workpiece positioning.
• Set and adjust operating parameters to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Prepare materials, fixtures, and work areas before robotic fabrication.
• Monitor machining and fabrication processes and make necessary adjustments during operation.
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of the robotic system and related equipment.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Work with different materials such as timber, stone, GRC, plaster, foam, and metal.
• Follow all safety, quality, and equipment operating procedures.
• Maintain records of machine settings, toolpaths, production runs, and technical issues.
• Collaborate with designers and project teams to convert digital designs into fabricated components.

⁦Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating industrial robotic arms.
• Direct experience with KUKA robots is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience with robotic fabrication, toolpaths, calibration, and machining setups.
• Good understanding of fixturing, tolerances, machining processes, and material behavior.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multiple fabrication materials is preferred.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

• Background in computational or parametric design.
• Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Ability to prepare or modify digital geometry for robotic fabrication.
• A portfolio demonstrating real fabricated projects, not only digital renders.
