Overview of the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Parts Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily Parts operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless Parts activities while supporting business objectives and customer satisfaction. 

What You Will Do
•    Supervise day-to-day Parts operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
•    Monitor inventory accuracy and stock control activities to ensure operational efficiency.
•    Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
•    Manage Parts resources, equipment, and manpower to achieve productivity targets.
•    Lead, coach, and motivate Parts associates and MHE operators to deliver high performance.
•    Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure service level agreements and KPIs are achieved.
•    Monitor Parts processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
•    Ensure Parts equipment is maintained and utilized effectively.
•    Support workforce planning and manage overtime and operational costs. 

Required Skills to be Successful 
•    Bachelor's Degree in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
•    Proven experience in Parts, logistics, procurement, or transport operations.
•    Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising operational teams.
•    Proficiency in Parts systems and inventory management processes.

About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic logistics and supply chain team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The team works collaboratively to deliver efficient Parts and distribution services while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence, customer service, and workplace safety. You will interact with various stakeholders across the organization and contribute to the continuous improvement of Parts operations.

•    Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
•    Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
•    A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
•    Strong understanding of Parts operational, administrative, and system processes.
•    Experience managing and leading Parts teams in a fast-paced environment.
•    Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and Parts KPIs.
•    E-commerce fulfillment experience is highly advantageous.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
