المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة ومعالجة المدفوعات المقترحة اليومية
- إعداد وصيانة تقارير متابعة الحسابات الدائنة
- إدارة تحصيل الفواتير ومتابعة الأقسام الداخلية
- إجراء تسويات الموردين وحل التناقضات
- التواصل مع البائعين والفرق الداخلية بخصوص شؤون الدفع
- ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الحسابات الدائنة أو دور مماثل
- فهم قوي لعمليات الحسابات الدائنة والتسويات
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP ومهارات متقدمة في Excel

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process daily proposed payments
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable tracking reports
- Manage invoice collection and follow up with internal departments
- Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding payment matters
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong understanding of AP processes and reconciliations
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
