تسعى شركة سيارة إلى تعيين مدير تجديد السيارات المستعملة لقيادة قسم إعادة تأهيل المركبات في مدينة الرياض، حيث سيتولى إدارة دورة حياة السيارات المستعملة بالكامل بدءاً من استلامها وحتى تجهيزها للعرض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات التجديد من البداية إلى النهاية لتحقيق أوقات الإنجاز المستهدفة (مثل تجهيز السيارة للبيع خلال 3-5 أيام)
- تنسيق سير العمل بين فرق الميكانيكا ورشة الهيكل والتلميع
- إدارة أعمال الإصلاح الخارجية والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين المتخصصين
- تطبيق عمليات فحص متعددة النقاط ومراقبة الجودة الصارمة
- ضمان امتثال المركبات المجددة لأنظمة السلامة الحكومية ومعايير العلامة التجارية
- إجراء اختبارات القيادة النهائية والموافقة على المظهر الخارجي قبل إطلاق المركبات إلى المخزون
- إدارة ميزانية التجديد الشهرية وتتبع تكلفة كل مركبة
- مراجعة والموافقة على جميع تقديرات الإصلاح وأوامر قطع الغيار وفواتير الموردين
- مراقبة مخزون مستلزمات الورشة وطلب قطع الغيار بكفاءة لتقليل وقت توقف المركبات
- توظيف وتدريب وجدولة والإشراف على الفنيين وعمال التلميع والموظفين المساعدين
- وضع أهداف أداء واضحة وإجراء تقييمات دورية
- تطبيق لوائح السلامة والبيئة وسياسات السلامة في الورشة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة تجديد السيارات أو إدارة الخدمة أو إدارة ورش الصيانة
- معرفة عميقة بميكانيكا السيارات وإصلاح الهياكل وتقنيات التلميع
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة فريق متنوع وتحفيزه ومحاسبته
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة وكالات السيارات (DMS) وأدوات تتبع المخزون

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Used Cars Refurbishment Manager to lead our vehicle reconditioning department. In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of pre-owned vehicles from the moment they are acquired until they hit the sales floor. Your primary goal is to oversee mechanical repairs, bodywork, and detailing while balancing quick turnaround times, strict quality standards, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Turnaround Management
- Streamline the end-to-end reconditioning process to meet target turnaround times (e.g., frontline ready within 3-5 days)
- Coordinate workflow between mechanical, body shop, and detailing teams
- Manage sublet repairs and maintain strong relationships with outside vendors for specialized work
- Implement rigorous multi-point inspection and quality control processes
- Ensure all refurbished vehicles meet state safety regulations and dealership brand standards
- Conduct final test drives and cosmetic sign-offs before releasing vehicles to inventory
- Manage the monthly refurbishment budget and track cost-per-vehicle metrics
- Review and approve all repair estimates, parts orders, and vendor invoices
- Monitor shop supply inventory and order parts efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise technicians, detailers, and support staff
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
- Enforce safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and shop safety policies
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in automotive reconditioning management, service advising, or service shop management
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive mechanics, collision repair, and detailing techniques
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and hold a diverse team accountable
- Software Skills: Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory tracking tools
