تعلن شركة Abareez Advanced Company عن توفر وظيفة مضيف/مضيفة (Host/Hostess) للعمل في مطعمها الجديد بالرياض، ضمن بيئة فاخرة متعددة المطابخ تقدم أطباقاً من خمس مطابخ عالمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف بحرارة عند وصولهم وإدارة الحجوزات والإشراف على خطة الجلوس لضمان انسيابية تدفق الضيوف طوال فترة الخدمة.
- الرد على استفسارات الضيوف حول قوائم الطعام والمفهوم العام للمطعم، والتنسيق مع فريق الخدمة.
- الحفاظ على تنظيم منطقة الاستقبال ومنطقة الانتظار.
- استخدام أنظمة الحجوزات وإدارة الحجوزات الهاتفية والحجوزات المباشرة، وإبلاغ الضيوف بأوقات الانتظار بوضوح.
- دعم فريق الاستقبال في تقديم مستوى عالٍ ومتسق من الضيافة.
- المساعدة في جمع ملاحظات الضيوف وتقديم معلومات أساسية عن خيارات الطعام والشراب.
- التعاون مع الإدارة للحفاظ على معايير الخدمة والصورة العلامة التجارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات

Company Description Abareez Advanced Company is launching Abareez, a new multi-cuisine fine dining destination in Riyadh, scheduled to open in 2026. Designed as one of the city’s largest and most ambitious restaurant projects, Abareez brings together world-class culinary talent and immersive themed ambiences to create a distinctive guest experience. The restaurant will feature Italian, Indian, Turkish, Lebanese, and Seafood kitchens, all led by internationally experienced chefs. Abareez aims to set a new benchmark for hospitality in the Kingdom, offering team members the opportunity to grow within a high-end, innovative dining environment.
Role Description The Host/hostess is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and overseeing the seating plan to ensure smooth guest flow throughout service. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh includes greeting guests upon arrival, answering inquiries about menus and concepts, coordinating with the serving team, and maintaining an organized reception and waiting area. The role involves using reservation systems, handling phone and walk-in bookings, communicating wait times clearly, and supporting the front-of-house team in delivering a consistently high standard of hospitality. The Host/hostess also assists with guest feedback, provides basic information on food and beverage offerings, and collaborates with management to uphold service standards and brand presentation.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and professional phone etiquette.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on creating welcoming, memorable guest experiences.
- Experience in Training or willingness to learn and share service standards with team members.
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, menu structures, and fine dining etiquette.
- Sales awareness, including upselling reservations, special experiences, and venue offerings.
- Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience in restaurants or hotels is preferred.
- Ability to manage reservations and seating using digital systems and basic computer tools.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
