Company Description Abareez Advanced Company is launching Abareez, a new multi-cuisine fine dining destination in Riyadh, opening in 2026. Designed as one of the city’s largest and most ambitious restaurant projects, Abareez will offer an immersive, themed dining experience for guests. The restaurant will feature Italian, Indian, Turkish, Lebanese, and Seafood kitchens led by internationally experienced chefs. With a strong focus on service excellence and culinary innovation, Abareez aims to set a new benchmark for hospitality in the Kingdom and provide team members with a dynamic, growth-oriented workplace.

Role Description The Head Waiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for leading the front-of-house service team and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include supervising waitstaff, coordinating table service, overseeing food and beverage delivery, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness in the dining areas. The Head Waiter will manage reservations and guest seating, handle special requests, and promptly resolve service issues to maintain guest satisfaction. This role also involves supporting training for new team members, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service, and upholding Abareez’s brand standards and service protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in food & beverage and food service operations in a fine dining or high-end restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with service and kitchen teams.
• Basic understanding of cooking and food preparation to communicate menu items confidently and accurately.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead waiter/head waiter position.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced service environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive service practices.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in multi-cuisine or international restaurants is preferred.
