Larsen & Toubro تبحث عن مهندس قيادي في الأجهزة (Instrumentation Lead Engineer) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتنفيذ الأنشطة الهندسية الخاصة بالأجهزة والأتمتة في محطات الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية (Solar PV Power Plants).
- تسهيل عمل المصممين في تطوير نموذج BIM ثلاثي الأبعاد لمحطات الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى بما في ذلك الفحوصات المشتركة بين الأقسام: المدنية/الإنشائية، الكهربائية، الميكانيكية (MEP)، وغيرها.
- تقديم الدعم للأنشطة الهندسية التي تغطي دورة العمل الكاملة من الهندسة قبل المناقصة إلى الدعم أثناء التشغيل وفترات الضمان، وتمديد الدعم لفريق الموقع.
- قيادة فريق من المهندسين المصممين والرسامين لإدارة الأنشطة الهندسية ضمن الميزانية، والتسليم في الوقت المحدد، والحفاظ على جودة هندسية عالية.
- ضمان تسليم الرسومات والمستندات الهندسية في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لجدول المشروع.
- مراجعة الرسومات التي يعدها المهندسون المصممون والرسامون، والتحقق من حسابات التصميم والحجم للمعدات الكهربائية الهندسية، والحصول على موافقات العميل.
- مراجعة مخرجات الموردين المتعلقة بالهندسة.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام وتقديم مخرجات متعددة في الوقت المحدد.
- تقدير وتخطيط متطلبات ساعات العمل.
- مراجعة قائمة الكميات (BOQ) وتقديمها لفريق العقود مع تقديم التوضيحات الفنية.
- التنسيق مع التخصصات المتعددة لضمان إجراء الفحوصات المشتركة بين الأقسام.
- تقديم الدعم والتوضيحات لفريق التنفيذ في الموقع.
- التحقق من التقييم المبدئي للموردين (فيما يتعلق بمتطلبات المواصفات الفنية للعميل) وتحويل وثيقة التحقق إلى إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- فحص المعدات من المورد النهائي بعد تقديم وثيقة التحقق الخاصة بالمورد.
- توضيح المشكلات المتعلقة بالتصميم وشروط العميل لفريق التنفيذ في الموقع.
- جمع المدخلات الخاصة بتفاصيل المشروع من العميل ومدير الهندسة للمشروع.
- التنسيق مع فريق التشغيل وإبلاغ مواصفات التصميم للحصول على الموافقة.
- جمع المدخلات الخاصة بتفاصيل المشروع (رسومات الترتيب العامة) من الموردين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس في هندسة الإلكترونيات أو الأجهزة (Instrumentation Engineering) أو هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم (Instrumentation and Control Engineering) أو ماجستير في الأجهزة أو الأتمتة.
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة (يشترط وجود خبرة في جوانب التصميم لمحطات الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية أو مشاريع توزيع الطاقة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إلمام عام ببرمجيات SCADA Programming (يفضل) وبرامج Microsoft Office.
- خبرة في أنظمة PLC/SCADA، أنظمة محطات الأرصاد الجوية (Met station)، اختيار الكابلات، الاتصالات، أنظمة CCTV، نظام التحكم في الدخول (ACS)، تكامل الأنظمة، وتكامل معدات الطرف الثالث.
- إتقان جميع بروتوكولات أنظمة الاتصالات ونظام التحكم في أجهزة التتبع (Tracker control system).
- مطلوب أيضًا معرفة في المعدات الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- معرفة شاملة بتخطيط المعدات والحسابات اللازمة.

As Design Lead (Instrumentation), the person shall be capable of reviewing & executing Engineering Activities of instrumentation /Automation of Solar PV Power Plants. He shall facilitate the modellers in development of BIM 3D Model for PV Solar Power plants. In addition, she / he has to coordinate with other departments including Inter-departmental checks covering Civil/ Structural, Electrical, MEP and others. The Design Lead (Instrumentation) shall be required to provide support for the engineering activities covering the full cycle of works from pre-bid engineering to support during commissioning and warranty periods and to extend support to site team. She / He shall lead a team of Design Engineers and Draughts Persons to manage the Engineering activities within budget, deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering.

- Timely Delivery of Engineering Drawings & Documents
- Ensure deliveries are aligned to Project Schedule
- Review drawings by Design Engineers & Draughts Persons. Checking of design & sizing calculations of engineering electrical equipment and obtaining approvals from the client
- Review of Vendor deliverables pertaining to Engineering
- Capable of Multitasking and deliver multiple things on time
- Estimate and Plan man-hour requirements
- Review BOQ and submit to contracts team and providing technical clarifications
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines for ensuring inter-departmental checks
- Provide support & clarifications to the Site Execution team
- Check pre-award evaluation of vendors (w.r.t. technical specifications requirement of the client) and forward the validation document to Supply Chain Management
- Inspect equipment from the finalized vendor after submission of validation document of the vendor
- Clarify issues w.r.t. the design & requirements of the client to the Site Execution Team
- Collect inputs for project details from client & Project Engineering Manager
- Coordinating with Operations team and informing Design specifications for obtaining approval
- Collect inputs for project details (General Arrangement Drawings) from Vendors
- General awareness of SCADA Programming software(Preferable) and MS Office.
- The Design Lead (Instrumentation) is required to have an overall knowledge of equipment
- layouts and necessary calculations. Expertise in PLC/SCADA system, Met station system,
- cable selections, Telecom, CCTV systems, ACS (Access Control system), System Integration,
- third party equipment integration system. Well versed in all the protocols of communication
- systems, Tracker control system. He / She is also required to have knowledge in Electrical and
- Mechanical Equipment.
- BE Electronics Instrumentation Engineering / ICE (Instrumentation and Control Engineering) or M. Tech. (Instrumentation or Automation)
- 10-15 years (Must have experience in design aspects of Solar PV Power Plants / Power Distribution Projects)
