تعلن شركة Larsen & Toubro عن توفر وظيفة AC Lead (قائد فريق التصميم الكهربائي - التيار المتردد) في الرياض، السعودية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن مراجعة وتنفيذ الأنشطة الهندسية المتعلقة بأنظمة التيار المتردد في محطات الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية، وقيادة فريق من مهندسي التصميم والرسامين، والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تسليم الرسومات والمستندات الهندسية في الوقت المحدد وضمان توافقها مع الجدول الزمني للمشروع.
  • مراجعة رسومات مهندسي التصميم والرسامين، والتحقق من حسابات التصميم وحجم المعدات الكهربائية والحصول على موافقات العميل.
  • مراجعة مخرجات الموردين المتعلقة بالهندسة.
  • القدرة على تعدد المهام وتسليم عدة مهام في الوقت المحدد.
  • تقدير وتخطيط متطلبات ساعات العمل.
  • مراجعة قائمة الكميات (BOQ) وتسليمها لفريق العقود وتقديم التوضيحات الفنية.
  • التنسيق مع عدة تخصصات لضمان الفحوصات البينية.
  • تقديم الدعم والتوضيحات لفريق التنفيذ في الموقع.
  • مراجعة تقييم ما قبل الترسية للموردين (وفقاً للمتطلبات الفنية للعميل) وإرسال وثيقة التحقق إلى سلسلة التوريد.
  • فحص المعدات من المورد النهائي بعد تقديم وثيقة التحقق.
  • توضيح القضايا المتعلقة بالتصميم ومتطلبات العميل لفريق التنفيذ.
  • جمع المدخلات لتفاصيل المشروع (مخططات الموقع، ترتيبات المغذيات، إلخ) من العميل ومدير هندسة المشروع.
  • التنسيق مع فريق العمليات وإبلاغ مواصفات التصميم للحصول على الموافقة.
  • جمع المدخلات لتفاصيل المشروع (رسومات الترتيب العامة) من الموردين.
  • مراجعة مخرجات مثل مخططات المعدات، تخطيط كابلات، تخطيط صواني الكابلات، تخطيط التأريض، تخطيط الإضاءة، تخطيط الحماية من الصواعق.
  • تقديم الدعم للقسم الكهربائي (تيار مستمر) والأقسام المدنية/الإنشائية لمراجعة رسومات الموردين.
  • تقديم متطلبات ساعات العمل للقيام بالتصميم ومراجعة الرسومات للمشروع.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • الإلمام العام ببرنامج Dialux وMicrosoft Office.
  • معرفة مرغوبة ببرنامج ETAP.
  • معرفة شاملة بمخططات المعدات والحسابات اللازمة.
  • معرفة تفصيلية بمحطات الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية (PV Solar Power Plants).
  • فهم الأنشطة الهندسية مثل إعداد المخططات الأحادية (SLD)، هندسة التخطيط، التأريض، توجيه الكابلات، الإضاءة، الحماية من الصواعق، توجيه صواني الكابلات.
  • القدرة على أداء حسابات التصميم وحساب الأحجام للمكونات مثل قضبان التوزيع (Busbar)، UPS، البطاريات، محولات الجهد المنخفض، موصلات التأريض، وحسابات قوة الدائرة القصيرة.
  • معرفة الكودات والمعايير الوطنية والدولية ذات الصلة.
  • القدرة على فهم وتفسير المتطلبات التعاقدية الفنية وتسهيل عمل فرق المشروع عند الحاجة.
  • فهم عام للجوانب التصميمية متعددة التخصصات (المدنية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والأجهزة) للمعدات الكهربائية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية (B.E. / B. Tech).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، مع خبرة إلزامية في جوانب التصميم لمحطات الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية أو مشاريع توزيع الطاقة.

As Design Lead (Electrical - AC), the person shall be capable of reviewing & executing Engineering Activities like AC SLD, Building Layouts, Earthing Layouts, Cable Sizing Calculations, Transformer Sizing, LT / HT Breakers of Solar PV Power Plants. He shall facilitate the modellers in development of BIM 3D Model for PV Solar Power plants. In addition, she / he has to coordinate with other departments including Inter-departmental checks covering Civil/ Structural, Instrumentation, MEP and others. The Design Lead (Electrical AC) shall be required to provide support for the engineering activities covering the full cycle of works from pre-bid engineering to support during commissioning and warranty periods and to extend support to site team. She / He shall lead a team of Design Engineers and Draughts Persons to manage the Engineering activities within budget, deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely Delivery of Engineering Drawings & Documents
  • Ensure deliveries are aligned to Project Schedule
  • Review drawings by Design Engineers & Draughts Persons. Checking of design & sizing calculations of engineering electrical equipment and obtaining approvals from the client
  • Review of Vendor deliverables pertaining to Engineering
  • Capable of Multitasking and deliver multiple things on time
  • Estimate and Plan man-hour requirements
  • Review BOQ and submit to contracts team and providing technical clarifications
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines for ensuring inter-departmental checks
  • Provide support & clarifications to the Site Execution team
  • Check pre-award evaluation of vendors (w.r.t. technical specifications requirement of the client) and forward the validation document to Supply Chain Management
  • Inspect equipment from the finalized vendor after submission of validation document of the vendor
  • Clarify issues w.r.t. the design & requirements of the client to the Site Execution Team
  • Collect inputs for project details (plot details, feeder arrangements etc.) from client & Project Engineering Manager
  • Coordinating with Operations team and informing Design specifications for obtaining approval
  • Collect inputs for project details (General Arrangement Drawings) from Vendors
  • Check deliverables such as Equipment layouts, Cable Routing Layout, Cable Tray Layout, Earthing Layout, lighting Layout, Lightning Protection Layout
  • Provide support to Electrical DC, Civil /Structural for reviewing Vendor drawings
  • Submit requirement of man-hours for undertaking & reviewing of design & drawings of the project

Software Skills Required

  • General awareness of Dialux and MS Office.
  • Desirable awareness of ETAP.

Technical Expertise

  • The Design Lead (Electrical AC) is required to have an overall knowledge of equipment layouts and necessary calculations.
  • The Design Lead (Electrical AC) should also have detailed knowledge of Solar PV Power Plants. She / he should have the understanding of engineering activities covering SLD Preparation, Layout Engineering, Earthing, Cable Routing, Lighting, Lightning Protection, Cable Tray Routing etc. She/he should be capable of performing design & sizing calculations of Busbar, UPS, Battery, LT Transformer, Earthing Conductor, calculations (Short circuit force.). The Design Lead (Electrical AC) is required to have knowledge on National and International Codes and Standards.
  • The Design Lead (Electrical AC) is required to understand and interpret the contractual technical requirements and facilitate the Project Teams as and when required.
  • In addition, the Design Lead (Electrical AC) should also have an overall understanding of the inter-disciplinary (Civil & Structural, Mechanical and Instrumentation) design aspects of electrical equipment.

Qualification & Experience

  • B.E. / B. Tech., Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years (Must have experience in design aspects of Solar PV Power Plants / Power Distribution Projects)
