في هذا الدور، ستقدم تقاريرك إلى مدير PMIS وتقود فريقًا كمدير لسير العمل الرقمي، كما تدير أنشطة المشروع على مشاريع كبيرة ومعقدة. ستتولى توجيه التقييمات وقيادة المشاركة عبر الوظائف لتطوير حلول الأتمتة. بصفتك داعمًا لعمليات العمل الجديدة والمحسّنة، سيسلم فريقك مبادرات أتمتة عالمية مبتكرة تعزز كفاءة المشروع ونجاحه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء ورش عمل مع العميل والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية وخطة إدارة معلومات المشروع.
- تطوير متطلبات تبادل المعلومات (EIR) ومتطلبات معلومات الأصول (AIR) وخطة إدارة BIM لتلبية أهداف تسليم معلومات المشروع ومتطلبات تسليم معلومات الأصول.
- تطوير لغة عقد قياسية لتدفق EIR إلى استشاريي الهندسة المعمارية والهندسة والإنشاءات والمقاولين أثناء عمليات طلب تقديم العروض والمناقصات.
- تطوير والحفاظ على خطة إدارة المعلومات و BIM Execution Plan (BEP) للمشروع لتلبية متطلبات معلومات المشروع وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية (مثل ISO 19650, BS 1192, OGC, NATSPEC).
- المسؤولية عن التحكم في التهيئة ونشر وصيانة البيئة المشتركة للبيانات (CDE)، وتنفيذ سير العمل والعمليات والإجراءات المرتبطة بالمعلومات لتمكين تبادل المعلومات الموثوق.

- تطوير خرائط عمليات العمل ومدخلات البيانات ومخرجاتها لدعم قابلية التشغيل البيني بين BIM و GIS وسير العمل الرقمي.
- دعم تطوير ودمج نموذج بيانات GIS للمشروع مع نماذج BIM، وضمان الاتساق بين النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد والأصول المحددة جغرافيًا.
- إدارة طبقات GIS والخرائط الأساسية ومجموعات البيانات المكانية لدعم تخطيط وتنسيق وتصور وإعداد تقارير معلومات المشروع.
- التعاون مع العميل وفرق المشروع لتحديد معايير البيانات المكانية وأنظمة الإحداثيات ومتطلبات البيانات الوصفية لإدارة البيانات المكانية.
- ضمان توافق مخرجات BIM و GIS مع بيئة GIS المؤسسية للعميل وأنظمة إدارة الأصول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير (أو ما يعادلها دوليًا).
- خبرة من 13 إلى 15 عامًا في مجال ذي صلة، مع 7 سنوات كحد أدنى من الخبرة في أدوار BIM / GIS والتسليم الرقمي.
المهارات المطلوبة

Project Overview
Bechtel has been involved over the last 80 years in some of the world’s busiest and most complex airport projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield developments. In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports.
Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company has been appointed to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of a state of the art international airport in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
King Salman International Airport will have a capacity of up to 120 million travellers by 2030 and 185 million travellers by 2050, and the capacity to process up to 3.5 million tons of cargo by 2050. Bechtel will provide PMC services for three new terminals; Terminal 6 is a new build ‘low cost carrier’ - hyper efficient terminal with gross floor area of ≈450,000m2, capacity of 20mppa; Iconic Terminal is a new build ‘new concept’ terminal with gross floor area of ≈ 1M m2, capacity of 40 to 45 mppa, and Private Aviation Terminal and hangars for VIPs and business jet passengers.
Job Summary
In this role, you will report to the PMIS Manager and lead a team as a digital delivery workstream manager and manage project activities on large, complex projects. You will direct assessments and lead cross-functional engagement to develop automation solutions. As a champion for new and improved work processes, your team will deliver innovative global automation initiatives that will enhance project efficiency and success.
Major Responsibilities
Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in BIM / GIS and Digital Delivery roles.

Major Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops with the Customer, partners, and stakeholders to develop and implement the project information management strategy and plan.
- Develop project Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), and BIM Management Plan to meet project information delivery objectives and asset information handover requirements.
- Develop standard contract language to flow down EIR to AEC/consultants and contractors during RFP/tender processes.
- Develop and maintain the project Information Management and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to satisfy project information requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BS 1192, OGC, NATSPEC).
- Accountable for configuration control, deployment, and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE), implementing associated information workflows, processes, and procedures to enable reliable information exchanges.
- Define and deploy project dashboards to monitor and track implementation of BIM/GIS use-cases, including design, construction, and geospatial coordination.
- Conduct site visits to facilitate BIM and GIS discussions and execution, supporting team adoption of CDE workflows.
- Develop and deliver training programs for project teams on BIM and GIS processes, tools, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, guides, and templates to standardize BIM/GIS workflows, data management practices, and CDE usage.
- Conduct regular assessments to review BEP and GIS data management plan implementation, capturing lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide input to project naming and coding structures (e.g., Work Breakdown, Asset Tagging, Document Numbering, Asset Types and Categories) in alignment with project and Customer requirements.
- Develop work-process maps, data inputs, and outputs to support BIM-GIS interoperability and digital workflows.
- Support the development and integration of the project GIS data model with BIM models, ensuring consistency between 3D models and georeferenced assets.
- Manage GIS layers, basemaps, and spatial datasets to support planning, coordination, visualization, and reporting of project information.
- Collaborate with the Customer and project teams to define geospatial data standards, coordinate systems, and metadata requirements for spatial data governance.
- Ensure alignment of BIM and GIS deliverables with the Customer’s enterprise GIS environment and asset management systems.
Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in BIM / GIS and Digital Delivery roles.
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Ability to problem solve in an integrated project delivery information environment, applying industry best practices.
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of BIM tools such as ACC/BIM360, Civil3D, Revit, Synchro, Navisworks, Infraworks, and Rhino.
- Proficient in the ESRI ArcGIS suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise) and other GIS tools such as QGIS and FME for geospatial data integration.
- Demonstrated understanding of ISO 19650 Information Management Principles and Framework.
- Knowledge and experience in Engineering, Construction, Contracts, and Project Controls work processes and tools, while understanding the Customer environment and unique project requirements.
- Experience supporting the tender process from conceptual design through RFP, bid evaluation, selection, negotiation, and execution.
- Previous experience in developing project standards, class libraries, master data management, and GIS data models on large-scale projects.
- Experience in developing data management execution strategies, configuration control, and BIM-GIS interoperability.
- Participates regularly with off-project functional BIM/GIS teams for training, knowledge sharing, management, and lessons learned.
- Develops processes to integrate BIM/3D models with schedules to generate 4D construction simulations, and GIS datasets to support spatial visualization, analysis, and reporting.
- Provides operational support to BIM and GIS coordinators, including BIM Leads at 3rd Party AEC consultants, design firms, and subcontractors.
- Experience in managing GIS layers, basemaps, spatial datasets, coordinate systems, and metadata to ensure alignment with project and enterprise GIS requirements.
- Ability to create dashboards and visualizations combining BIM and GIS data for project monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
