تعلن شركة Talent Diamond، بالنيابة عن عميلها إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال تصنيع المشروبات الاستهلاكية (FMCG) في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن توفر وظيفة فني ميكانيكي (Mechanical Technician) للعمل في المدينة المنورة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية على خطوط إنتاج PET.
  • قراءة الأدلة والرسومات التخطيطية والمخططات الفنية لدعم أعمال التركيب والإصلاح والصيانة.
  • الاستجابة السريعة للأعطال الميكانيكية وطلبات الخدمة.
  • تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية باستخدام أجهزة الاختبار والقياس المناسبة.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الميكانيكية الروتينية والإصلاح.
  • تركيب واستبدال المكونات الهيدروليكية والهوائية.
  • دعم أنشطة محاذاة الأعمدة والمحركات.
  • إجراء الصيانة الوقائية واستكشاف الأعطال للمضخات والضواغط والمبردات والمعدات ذات الصلة.
  • إصلاح ومعايرة التجميعات الهيدروليكية والهوائية.
  • تشغيل واختبار وصيانة واستكشاف أعطال معدات خط PET.
  • إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري باستخدام تقنيات حل المشكلات المنظمة مثل BDA و GSTD.
  • استبدال قطع الغيار الحرجة عند الحاجة.
  • استكشاف أعطال معدات النفخ بما في ذلك ماكينات SIDEL و Krones.
  • التأكد من إتمام أنشطة الصيانة بأمان وفقًا للمعايير التشغيلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تكنولوجيا الميكانيكا.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الصيانة الميكانيكية لخطوط PET.
  • خبرة قوية في الصيانة الوقائية وتحليل السبب الجذري.
  • معرفة بأنظمة النفخ والضواغط وأنظمة التناضح العكسي (RO) وماكينات وضع الملصقات وخطوط إنتاج PET.
  • خبرة في الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية.
  • خبرة في استكشاف أعطال ماكينات النفخ SIDEL أو Krones (مفضلة بشدة).
  • مهارات جيدة في التشخيص الميكانيكي وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على الاستجابة الفعالة للأعطال ومشاكل الإنتاج.
  • وعي قوي بالسلامة والقدرة على العمل في بيئة صناعية.

Our client, a leading FMCG and beverage manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join its maintenance team in Madinah.

The role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and mechanical repairs on PET production lines and related equipment to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities on PET production lines.
  • Read manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support installation, repair, and maintenance work.
  • Respond quickly to mechanical breakdowns and service requests.
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults using appropriate testing and measuring equipment.
  • Perform routine mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
  • Install and replace hydraulic and pneumatic components.
  • Support shaft and motor alignment activities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on pumps, compressors, chillers, and related equipment.
  • Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.
  • Operate, test, maintain, and troubleshoot PET line equipment.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis using structured problem-solving techniques such as BDA and GSTD.
  • Replace critical spare parts when required.
  • Troubleshoot blow molding equipment, including SIDEL and Krones machines.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and according to operational standards.


Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PET line mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong experience in preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of blow molding systems, compressors, RO systems, labelers, and PET production lines.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting SIDEL or Krones blow molding machines is highly preferred.
  • Good mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively to equipment breakdowns and production issues.
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to work in an industrial environment.


Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in FMCG, beverage manufacturing, bottling plants, PET lines, blow molding, industrial maintenance, or high-speed production environments will be highly considered.
