تعلن شركة Talent Diamond بالنيابة عن عميلها (شركة رائدة في مجال السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة والمشروبات في المملكة العربية السعودية) عن توفر وظيفة أمين مخزن (Storekeeper) للانضمام إلى فريق عمليات المستودع في المدينة الصناعية بالمدينة المنورة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التحقق من المواد المستلمة والمستندات والكميات وظروف التخزين.
  • تنسيق أنشطة الاستلام اليومية والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمواد الخام في المستودع ونظام ERP.
  • تسجيل المواد في نظام ERP وضمان وضع الباركود والتخزين الصحيحين.
  • صرف المواد الخام للإنتاج وفقًا للطلبات المعتمدة وإجراءات المخزون.
  • تطبيق أساليب مراقبة المخزون مثل FIFO و LIFO ومستويات الحد الأدنى ومتوسط التكلفة عند الحاجة.
  • مراقبة مساحة المستودع والمواد الخام والمعدات لضمان ظروف التخزين المناسبة.
  • إجراء جرد دوري وشهري للمخزون ومطابقة الأرصدة الفعلية مع أرصدة نظام ERP.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق للمستودع وسجلات المعاملات.
  • دعم أنشطة مراقبة المخزون والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات أو مشكلات في المواد.
  • اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة والصحة والبيئة المعمول بها أثناء عمليات المستودع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تخصص سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو إدارة المستودعات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • من 1 إلى 3 سنوات خبرة في وظيفة مماثلة في المستودعات أو التخزين (يمكن النظر في الخريجين الجدد أيضًا).
  • معرفة جيدة بعمليات المستودعات ومراقبة المخزون.
  • خبرة في أنظمة ERP أو أنظمة إدارة المخزون (يفضل).
  • إلمام جيد باستخدام الحاسب الآلي.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وحفظ سجلات جيدة.
  • اللغة العربية كلغة أم.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والأردية.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة التصنيع والمستودعات.
  • يفضل المرشحون ذوو الخبرة في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) أو الأغذية والمشروبات أو التصنيع أو التخزين أو اللوجستيات أو مراقبة المخزون أو تداول المواد الخام.

Our client, a leading FMCG and beverage company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Storekeeper to join its warehouse operations team in Madinah.

The role is responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, stock monitoring, material issuance, inventory control, and accurate recording of warehouse transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and verify received materials, documents, quantities, and storage conditions.
  • Coordinate daily receiving activities and maintain accurate records of raw materials in the warehouse and ERP system.
  • Record materials in the ERP system and ensure correct barcode tagging and storage.
  • Issue raw materials to Production according to approved requests and inventory procedures.
  • Apply inventory control methods such as FIFO, LIFO, par levels, and average cost where required.
  • Monitor warehouse space, raw materials, and equipment to ensure proper storage conditions.
  • Conduct regular and monthly stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with ERP system balances.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and transaction records.
  • Support stock control activities and report any discrepancies or material issues.
  • Follow all applicable safety, health, and environmental procedures during warehouse operations.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar warehouse or storekeeping role; fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.


Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in FMCG, food and beverage, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or raw material handling will be highly considered.
