شركة Acwa China تعلن عن حاجتها لمشغل غرفة التحكم المركزية (CCR Operator) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية في محطة توليد كهرباء تعمل بتوربينات غازية ذات دورة مركبة (CCGT). سيعمل المرشح في غرفة التحكم المركزية بنظام الورديات لدعم التشغيل على مدار الساعة، تحت إشراف مشرف الوردية / مهندس الوردية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ومراقبة وحدات توليد الطاقة عبر أنظمة التحكم DCS و SCADA و PLC وغيرها.
- مراقبة معايير المحطة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للحفاظ على التشغيل الآمن والفعال.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع مشغلي الميدان ومشرفي الورديات خلال العمليات الروتينية وعمليات الإقلاع والإطفاء وحالات الطوارئ.
- تحديد الأعطال في المعدات وإجراء التحليل الأولي للأعطال ورفع طلبات الصيانة عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات تشغيل دقيقة وتقارير الوردية وتسليم المناوبة.
- تنفيذ إجراءات تشغيل المحطة وتعليمات العمل والإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية (SOPs).
- دعم أنشطة عزل المعدات وإعادتها للخدمة وفقاً لإجراءات Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) وتصاريح العمل.
- مراقبة أداء المحطة والمساهمة في تحسين الموثوقية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- تقديم التوجيه والتدريب أثناء العمل للمشغلين الجدد عند الحاجة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة (HSSE) والجودة والتشغيل.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن الانحرافات التشغيلية والحوادث والمخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة أو في تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات كمشغل غرفة تحكم مركزية (CCR Operator) أو مشغل غرفة تحكم في محطة توليد كهرباء بتوربينات غازية ذات دورة مركبة (CCGT) أو محطة حرارية أو محطة تحلية مياه.
- خبرة في تشغيل أنظمة التحكم DCS و SCADA و PLC وغيرها.
- خبرة في إقلاع المحطة وإطفائها واستكشاف الأعطال وعمليات توليد الطاقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بعمليات محطات توليد الطاقة.
- خبرة في أنظمة التحكم DCS و SCADA و PLC وأنظمة التحكم الأخرى.
- فهم معدات المحطة وإجراءات التشغيل ومتطلبات السلامة.
- معرفة تقنيات استكشاف الأعطال وحل المشكلات.
- الوعي بأنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة (HSSE) والجودة.
- القدرة على تفسير الاتجاهات والإنذارات وبيانات تشغيل المحطة.
- مهارات جيدة في التخطيط والتنسيق والتواصل.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعاون.
- مهارات جيدة في كتابة التقارير وتسليم المناوبة.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة تشغيل المحطة.
- خبرة في محطات CCGT واسعة النطاق (مفضلة).
- الإلمام بإدارة أوقات الصيانة وتحسين أداء المحطة (مفضل).
- خبرة العمل في بيئة مشاريع الطاقة المستقلة (IPP) (مفضل).

Job Purpose
The CCR Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling plant operations from the Central Control Room to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the power generation units. The role involves maintaining operational parameters within approved limits, responding to operational abnormalities, coordinating with field operators, and supporting plant production targets while complying with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The role is based in the Central Control Room and involves working in rotating shifts to support 24/7 plant operations. The CCR Operator will work closely with Shift Supervisors, Field Operators, Maintenance Teams, and other Operations personnel to ensure safe and reliable plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor power generation units through DCS, SCADA, PLC, and other control systems.
- Monitor plant parameters and take corrective actions to maintain safe and efficient plant operations.
- Coordinate closely with Field Operators and Shift Supervisors during routine operations, start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency situations.
- Identify equipment abnormalities, perform initial troubleshooting, and raise maintenance requests when required.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and shift handover reports.
- Execute plant operating procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support equipment isolation and restoration activities in accordance with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Permit to Work procedures.
- Monitor plant performance and contribute to operational reliability and efficiency improvements.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior operators when required.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Security, Environmental (HSSE), Quality, and operational standards.
- Report operational deviations, incidents, and safety concerns promptly.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Diploma in Engineering or a related Technical Discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a CCR Operator or Control Room Operator in a CCGT Power Plant, Thermal Power Plant, or Water Desalination Plant.
- Experience operating DCS, SCADA, PLC, and other control systems.
- Experience in plant start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting, and power generation operations.
- Strong knowledge of Power Plant operations and processes.
- Experience with DCS, SCADA, PLC, and other plant control systems.
- Understanding of plant equipment, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Awareness of HSSE and Quality Management Systems.
- Ability to interpret trends, alarms, and plant operating data.
- Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Good report writing and shift handover skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and plant operating systems.
- Experience in large-scale CCGT power plants.
