شركة Acwa China تعلن عن وظيفة Associate Manager - P&C في رابغ، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وتوثيق العمليات والمشكلات الإدارية، واقتراح حلول لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- إدارة الموظفين وفقاً لمصفوفة التواصل المعتمدة، وإجراء مراجعات أداء محدودة للموظفين.
- تنظيم جداول الموظفين: توزيع المهام، التدريب، الإجازات، الاستراحات، العمل الإضافي، تغطية الغياب، وتناوب الورديات.
- جدولة وعقد اجتماعات القسم، وتحقيق أهداف الإنتاجية والجودة للقسم.
- الحفاظ على سرية سجلات الموظفين، ومعالجة إجراءات الموظفين الجدد، وتحديث الملفات وفقاً لمتطلبات الوثائق الرسمية.
- التواصل مع المشرفين والمديرين حول عمليات القسم، ومتابعة آخر مستجدات قانون العمل المحلي والتعديلات المستقبلية.
- مراقبة إجراءات استقبال الموظفين الجدد.
- تحديد فجوات الكفاءة لدى الموظفين التابعين وتنفيذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
- إجراء تقييم الأداء السنوي للموظفين التابعين.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل للموظفين الجدد وتقييم أدائهم.
- تحديد ومراقبة المخاطر في منطقة العمل المحددة، والتأكد من اتباع الضوابط التشغيلية.
- الإبلاغ عن الانحرافات في نظام الإدارة المتكامل.
- أداء مهام إشرافية واسعة على الآخرين.
- العمل تحت الضغط (التعامل مع مهام ومسائل هامة متزامنة أو غير متوقعة).
- كتابة التقارير وتحليل البيانات الإحصائية.
- المشاركة الفاعلة في العمل الجماعي.
- الالتزام بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لضمان السلامة والامتثال البيئي.
- الإبلاغ عن الظروف والأفعال غير الآمنة للجهة المختصة.
- ضمان النظافة والترتيب (Housekeeping & Cleanline).
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يطلبها المدير المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم أو الآداب أو إدارة الأعمال (BBA).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في محطة طاقة أو صناعة معالجة (process industry).
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بمبادئ أنظمة إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة.
- معرفة المتطلبات القانونية المطبقة.
- تقييم مخاطر Hazards وتقييم تأثيرات الجوانب البيئية.
- معرفة تصنيف النفايات والتخلص منها.
- معرفة مراقبة الانبعاثات.
- القدرة على قيادة مجموعة الصيانة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب.
- القدرة على استخدام نظام SAP كمستخدم نهائي.

Job Purpose
Manage the operational activities of the P&C department / section. Enhance systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Manage staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Technical
- Analyze and document business processes and problems. Enhance solutions to enhance efficiencies.
- Manage staff in accordance with Division/dept Communication Matrix and conduct limited employee performance reviews.
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Schedule and conduct department meetings and responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
- Maintain all personnel records at a high level of confidentiality and ensure the processing of all new employees, Update employee’s file to cope with official documents requirement.
- Communicate with Supervisors, Managers, on Department operations and follow-up latest issues of Local Labour Law and future amendments.
- Monitor the in processing of all new employees.
- Identify the competency gap for their subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions.
- Carry out annual performance evaluation of reporting employees
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees and evaluate their OJT Performance
- Identification and control of hazards in assigned work area
- Ensure aspects identified are monitored and operational controls are followed
- Report deviations in Integrated Management System
- Perform a broad range of supervisory responsibilities over others.
- Work under pressure (i.e., handling significant problems and tasks which come up simultaneously and/or unexpectedly).
- Write reports and statistical data analysis
Proactive team member and participation in team work.
Health, Safety, Security & Environment
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
- Report unsafe condition and unsafe act at field to competent authority.
- Ensure housekeeping & Cleanline
- Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Bachelor in Science / Arts - BBA.
- 5 Years in a power plant or process industry.
- Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
- Knowledge of applicable legal requirements
- Hazard Risk assessment
- Aspect Impact assessment
- Knowledge of identification, classification and disposal of waste
- Knowledge of Emission Monitoring
- Be able to lead the maintenance group.
- Excellent communication
- Computer literate.
- Be able to use SAP as end user.
