هذه الوظيفة موجهة لمحاسب متمرس يسعى لتطبيق خبراته المالية العميقة في بيئة ديناميكية قائمة على المشاريع. يقوم المرشح بمراجعة وتقييم المواد المالية المعقدة مع ضمان الدقة والاكتمال والامتثال للمعايير المعمول بها. يجمع الدور بين المحاسبة والتدقيق والنمذجة المالية والضرائب وتحليل المستندات القانونية مع تقديم ملاحظات واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ. كما يساهم المرشح بخبرته في مبادرات تطوير وتقييم البيانات المرتبطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. الدور مناسب لمن يعمل بشكل مستقل، ويتواصل بدقة، ويستمتع بتطبيق المعرفة المحاسبية الراسخة على التقنيات الناشئة. سيتعاون المرشح عبر الوظائف مع الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الدقة التحليلية والحكم المهني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتقييم وشرح التقارير والبيانات المالية للتأكد من دقتها واكتمالها واتساقها ومواءمتها مع المعايير المحاسبية المعمول بها.
- تقييم إجراءات التدقيق وتحديد الثغرات في العمليات وأفضل الممارسات والمخاطر والاعتبارات التنظيمية ذات الصلة عبر سيناريوهات الأعمال المختلفة.
- بناء ومراجعة وتقييم النماذج المالية، والتحقق من منطقها وبنيتها ودقتها وافتراضاتها وفائدتها في اتخاذ القرارات.
- تحليل ممارسات الامتثال الضريبي والمستندات الداعمة، وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة والتناقضات وقضايا الامتثال.
- مراجعة المستندات المالية والقانونية وتقديم ملاحظات تفصيلية حول الوضوح والدقة والاكتمال والمواءمة التنظيمية.
- تقديم ملاحظات كتابية وشفوية واضحة وبناءة حول مواد المشروع، وإيصال النتائج بفعالية إلى أصحاب المصلحة عبر الوظائف المختلفة.
- دعم إنشاء ومراجعة وتقييم مجموعات البيانات المستخدمة في تدريب الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحسين النماذج.
- تطبيق الخبرات السابقة في وضع العلامات على البيانات (data labeling) والشرح (annotation) والتغذية الراجعة البشرية أو تقييم النماذج للمساعدة في تقييم جودة وموثوقية مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- العمل بشكل مستقل عبر المشاريع المختلفة مع الحفاظ على الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والاتساق والسرية والمعايير المهنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 5+ سنوات من الخبرة المحاسبية على المستوى المؤسسي، مع تعرض مثبت لسيناريوهات وبيئات مالية معقدة.
- معرفة قوية بإعداد التقارير المالية والمعايير المحاسبية وإجراءات التدقيق والنمذجة المالية والامتثال الضريبي ومراجعة المستندات المالية أو القانونية.
- قدرة مثبتة على تحليل المعلومات المعقدة وتحديد المشكلات والمخاطر وتقديم توصيات عملية قابلة للتنفيذ.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة مع القدرة على شرح النتائج المالية بوضوح لأصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين.

Accountabilities
- Review, assess, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with established accounting standards.

- Build, review, and assess financial models, validating their logic, structure, accuracy, assumptions, and usefulness for decision-making.

- Apply previous experience with data labeling, annotation, human feedback, or model evaluation to help assess the quality and reliability of AI-related outputs.

- 5+ years of corporate-level accounting experience, with demonstrated exposure to complex financial scenarios and business environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and financial or legal document review.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, identify issues and risks, and provide practical, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience with human data projects, including data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or AI model evaluation, is highly valued.
- Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality.
