شركة Acwa China تعلن عن وظيفة فني أجهزة وتحكم (Instrumentation & Control Technician) في المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

القيام بأعمال الصيانة والتركيب والإصلاح والتعديل على أنظمة ومعدات الأجهزة والتحكم في المحطة، وفق إجراءات الصيانة القياسية ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة لضمان فعالية وموثوقية التشغيل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية الدورية لأنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم وفق الجداول الزمنية المحددة وإجراءات NOMAC.
  • مراقبة الحالة المادية للأنظمة والمعدات في المحطة المخصصة والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات لمشرف الأجهزة والتحكم.
  • الاستجابة لأعطال الأجهزة والتحكم وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وفق التعليمات.
  • تشخيص الأعطال باستخدام الأدوات وقطع الغيار اللازمة، بما في ذلك الفك والإصلاح واستبدال الأجزاء والفحص والتنظيف وإعادة التجميع.
  • تشخيص أسباب الأعطال أو الفشل في المعدات التشغيلية مثل صمامات التحكم وأجهزة الإرسال، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بالتنسيق مع المشرف.
  • قراءة وفهم الأدلة الفنية ومخططات التحكم ورسومات الأنظمة لأعمال الصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال.
  • محاذاة وضبط ومعايرة الأنظمة والمعدات حسب المواصفات، وتسجيل سجلات الإصلاح والمعايرة والاختبارات.
  • تحديث سجلات الصيانة وتسجيل تفاصيل العمل المنجز بما في ذلك العيوب والمشكلات والنتائج وحالة المعدات.
  • المساهمة في مبادرات وبرامج ومشاريع التغيير وفق معايير المنظمة.
  • اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والتعليمات التنظيمية والإدارية ذات الصلة.
  • الالتزام بإجراءات وتعليمات وضوابط الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من المدير المباشر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة تقنية أو دبلوم مشارك في هندسة الأجهزة (Instrument Engineering).
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في صيانة الأجهزة والتحكم كفني في تركيب وصيانة وهندسة المعدات الإلكترونية في بيئة محطة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عملية بمعدات المحطة ذات الصلة.
  • معرفة عملية بمبادئ الصيانة بما في ذلك تحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات ومراقبة الانبعاثات.
  • الإلمام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
  • مهارات العمل الجماعي والتعاون الفعال.
  • معرفة بأساسيات الإسعافات الأولية.

Job Details

Position Title: Instrumentation & Control Technician

Reports To

  • Administrative: Instrumentation & Control Supervisor

Function: Maintenance

Job Purpose

To carry out maintenance, installation, overhauling and modification activities on plant instrumentation and control systems and equipment in accordance with standard maintenance procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards to attain effective functionality and reliability.

Key Accountabilities

Instrumentation and Control Maintenance

  • Carry out routine preventative instrumentation and control maintenance work according to established schedules and NOMAC procedures.
  • Monitor the physical condition of systems and equipment in the assigned plant and report non-conformances to the Instrumentation and Control Supervisor.
  • Respond to instrumentation and control failures and implement corrective actions in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot using required tools and spare parts, including diagnosis, dismantling, repair, part replacement, checking, cleaning, and reassembly.
  • Diagnose causes of malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as control valves and transmitters and take corrective actions in coordination with the Instrumentation and Control Supervisor.
  • Read and understand technical manuals, control diagrams, and system drawings to perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
  • Align, adjust, and calibrate systems and equipment according to specifications and maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.

Documentation

  • Update maintenance logbooks and record details of work performed, including defects, problems, findings, and equipment conditions.

  • Contribute to change initiatives, programmes, and projects in line with organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Technical Certificate / Associate Diploma in Instrument Engineering.

Minimum Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Instrumentation and Control Maintenance as a Technician in installation, maintenance, and engineering of electronic equipment and installations in a plant environment.

Skills

  • Practical knowledge of relevant plant equipment.
  • Practical knowledge of maintenance principles, including identification, classification, disposal of waste, and emission monitoring.
  • Awareness of HSE and quality standards.
  • Teamwork and effective collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of first aid measures.
