شركة أكوا باور (Acwa China) تعلن عن وظيفة فني ميكانيكا في المملكة العربية السعودية، تحت إشراف مشرف/مهندس ميكانيكي، للعمل على تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتفتيش الدوري والمهام السنوية في محطات الطاقة وتحلية المياه مع الالتزام التام بمعايير السلامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الامتثال لقواعد ولوائح السلامة الخاصة بشركة NOMAC.
  • تنفيذ جميع أنشطة الصيانة في المحطة في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة آمنة مع الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات وتعليمات الصيانة، وتوثيق ملاحظات/تاريخ الصيانة للمعدات.
  • الإبلاغ إلى مشرف الميكانيكا عن قطع الغيار والمستهلكات المطلوبة للأنشطة، وتحديث مدى توفر قطع الغيار لتلبية احتياجات الصيانة.
  • ضمان تنفيذ العزلات المناسبة قبل بدء نشاط الصيانة على المعدة المسلَّمة للصيانة بالتنسيق مع المشرف والمشغل المحلي.
  • تشخيص المشكلات وإصلاح الأعطال، وإجراء الصيانة على المعدات الواقعة تحت مسؤوليته.
  • تركيب وضبط وفحص وخدمة وإصلاح مجموعة متنوعة من المعدات الميكانيكية الثابتة والدوارة المستخدمة في محطات الطاقة وتحلية المياه.
  • المسؤولية عن العناية الصحيحة بالأدوات ومعدات الرفع وأي أجهزة أخرى ذات صلة مطلوبة لتنفيذ المهام الموكلة إليه.
  • القيام بجميع التحضيرات اللازمة للصيانة الميكانيكية للمعدات/المنطقة المسندة إليه.
  • فهم المعرفة التشغيلية لتشغيل المعدات والأنظمة المرتبطة بها.
  • تطبيق مبادئ 5S للتدبير المنزلي في منطقة عمله.
  • أداء مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية (مرغوب)، أو العمل كعامل ميكانيكي ماهر في محطات NOMAC لمدة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات (بديل مقبول).
  • يفضل بكالوريوس الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في نفس المنصب، أو العمل كعامل ميكانيكي ماهر في محطات NOMAC لمدة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات.
  • يفضل خبرة واسعة كفني ميكانيكا في أي من الأنواع التالية: محطات تقليدية، دورات مركبة، توليد مشترك، محطات تحلية مياه مثل RO و MSF و MED وغيرها، ومحطات الطاقة المتجددة (الطاقة الشمسية، توربينات الرياح إلخ).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إدراك عام لمبادئ نظام الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية وإدارة البيئة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي بيئة فريق، مع إكمال الأهداف بكفاءة وإحساس بالمسؤولية.
  • القدرة والرغبة في العمل في بيئات غير مثالية مثل الأماكن المغلقة، العمل على ارتفاعات، والتعامل مع المواد الكيميائية.
  • فهم وممارسة وفرض ممارسات العمل الآمنة المتعلقة بحماية الجهاز التنفسي، منصات العمل المرتفعة، الحماية من السقوط، التحكم في الطاقة الخطرة (إجراء القفل/الوسم)، أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق، السلامة الكهربائية، تشغيل الرافعات/الرافعات الشوكية، اللحام، القطع، اللحام بالنحاس، دخول الأماكن المغلقة، معدات الحماية الشخصية إلخ.
  • معرفة تحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات.
  • معرفة الأثر البيئي والصحي للمواد الكيميائية المستخدمة في المحطة.
  • معرفة معدات مكافحة الحرائق.
  • معرفة إجراءات الإسعافات الأولية.
  • معرفة أساسية بالأنشطة التشغيلية لمحطات الطاقة/المياه.
  • مهارات حاسوبية أساسية.
  • يفضل الوعي/المعرفة العملية بمعايير ISO 9001 و ISO 14001 و OHSAS 18001.
  • الاستعداد للعمل في موقع ناءٍ (منطقة بعيدة).

Plant - Maintenance

Reporting To

Supervisor/Engineer - Mechanical

Job Summary

Works under the direction of Mechanical Supervisor/Engineer, to execute all Preventive, Corrective and Condition based maintenance activities, annual outage and overhauling work activities on plant equipment with strict adherence to safety.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Comply with NOMAC safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform all the maintenance activities in the plant in a timely and safe manner with strict adherence to the maintenance procedures and work instructions applicable for the respective activities. Document maintenance concerns/history for the equipment.
  • Report to Mechanical Supervisor for spare parts and consumables required for the activities and update spares availability to cope up with the maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure proper isolations are carried out before starting the maintenance activity on the respective equipment released for maintenance in coordination with Mechanical Supervisor and local operator.
  • Trouble-shoot and diagnose problems and perform maintenance on equipment under his jurisdiction.
  • Installs, adjusts, inspects, services and repairs a variety of static and rotating mechanical equipment utilized in power and desalination plants.
  • Responsible and accountable for proper care of tools, lifting equipment or any other related devices which are required to carry out his assigned jobs.
  • Carry out all necessary preparation required for mechanical maintenance to equipment/area assigned to him.
  • Understand working knowledge of equipment operation and associated operating systems.
  • Perform 5S housekeeping in his area of work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational

Desired

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

OR

  • Worked as Skilled Mechanical Labor in NOMAC plants for a minimum of 4 years

Preferred

  • Bachelor of Engineering

Minimum Experience

Minimum

  • 4 years in the same position

OR

  • Worked as Skilled Mechanical Labor in NOMAC plants for a minimum of 4 years

Preferable

  • Extensive Experience as Mechanical Technician in any of the following type: Conventional, Combined Cycle, Cogeneration, Water Desalination Plants like RO, MSF, MED etc., and Renewable Energy type (Solar, Wind Mills etc.) plants.

Required Skills

  • Generic awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management System principles.
  • Be able to work both independently and in a team environment, completing objectives efficiently with a sense of responsibility.
  • Be able and willing to work in non-ideal environments such as confined spaces, working at heights and around chemicals.
  • Understand, practice and enforce safe work practices related to respiratory protection, elevated work platforms, fall protection, control of hazardous energy (Lockout/Tag-out procedure), fire protection systems, electrical safety, forklift/hoist operation, welding, cutting, brazing, confined space entry, PPE etc.
  • Knowledge of identification, classification and disposal of waste.
  • Knowledge of environmental and health impact of chemicals being used in the plant.
  • Knowledge of firefighting equipment.
  • Knowledge of First Aid measures.
  • Basic Knowledge on Power/Water plant operational activities.
  • Basic computer skills.

Desired Certification / Job Specific Skill / Training

  • ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 awareness/working knowledge is preferred.

Work Condition

  • Ready to work in remote location.
