المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تقييم شامل للمريض وتخطيط وتنفيذ التدخلات التمريضية.
- إعطاء الأدوية ومراقبة العلامات الحيوية والمساعدة في الإجراءات الطبية.
- توثيق الرعاية بدقة في السجل الطبي والتنسيق مع الأطباء والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول خطط العلاج وتعزيز الصحة.
- دعم بروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى وسلامة المرضى والاستجابة الفورية للتغيرات في حالة المريض.
- المشاركة في أنشطة تحسين الجودة والالتزام بسياسات المستشفى والمساهمة في بيئة رعاية محترمة ومراعية للثقافة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة/تسجيل تمريض ساري المفعول وإكمال برنامج تمريض معتمد (يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض).
- مهارات تمريضية سريرية في التقييم وتخطيط الرعاية وإعطاء الأدوية ومراقبة المريض في بيئات الرعاية الحادة أو من المستوى الثالث.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية للتعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات وتقديم تثقيف واضح ورحيم للمريض والأسرة.
- قدرة مثبتة على اتباع معايير مكافحة العدوى والسلامة والجودة مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل في التوثيق والتقارير.
- القدرة على العمل في نوبات متناوبة وإدارة أولويات متعددة والبقاء هادئاً ومهنياً في المواقف السريرية عالية الضغط.
- خبرة في مجالات متخصصة (مثل الجراحة الطبية، العناية المركزة، الطوارئ، طب الأطفال، أو الولادة) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية مفيدة.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role located at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Madinah. The Nurse will provide safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Daily responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, documenting care accurately in the medical record, and coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The Nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans and health promotion, support infection control and patient safety protocols, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition. The role also involves participating in quality improvement activities, adhering to hospital policies, and contributing to a respectful, culturally sensitive care environment.
Qualifications
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role located at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Madinah. Qualifications
- Valid nursing license/registration and completion of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred).
- Clinical nursing skills in assessment, care planning, medication administration, and patient monitoring in acute or tertiary care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide clear, compassionate patient and family education.
- Demonstrated ability to follow infection control, safety, and quality standards, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm and professional in high-pressure clinical situations.
- Experience in specialized areas (e.g., medical-surgical, ICU, emergency, pediatrics, or maternity) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
