تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة ممرض مسجل - تخصص الأورام وأمراض الدم، للعمل في المدينة المنورة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة تُحدث تحولاً في حياة المرضى من خلال ممارسات مبنية على الأدلة في بيئة سريرية. تشمل الوظيفة تقييم المشكلات والاحتياجات الصحية للمرضى، وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط الرعاية التمريضية، والحفاظ على السجلات الطبية. يعمل الممرض المسجل عن كثب مع الأطباء والممرضين الآخرين والمتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية لضمان رعاية مثلى للمرضى وتحقيق نتائج إيجابية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات أولية ومستمرة لصحة المريض، بما في ذلك الفحوصات البدنية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط رعاية فردية بناءً على تقييمات المرضى وبالتعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب وصف الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات العكسية.
- تقديم رعاية للجروح، بما في ذلك التنظيف والتضميد ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
- مساعدة الأطباء والمتخصصين أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والاختبارات التشخيصية.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
- مراقبة وتسجيل حالة المرضى، بما في ذلك التغيرات في الأعراض أو السلوك، وإبلاغ الفريق الطبي بأي تغييرات هامة.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ الطبية وتقديم الرعاية الفورية حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء جولات هادفة للمرضى لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم ومنع المضاعفات وتحسين جودة الرعاية.
- الالتزام بمعايير مكافحة العدوى الصارمة، بما في ذلك نظافة اليدين واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية والتعامل السليم مع المواد الخطرة.
- المشاركة في مراقبة العدوى والإبلاغ للمساعدة في منع العدوى المكتسبة داخل المنشأة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة متعلقات المريض ومعداته وفقاً لسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- اتباع البروتوكولات المقررة لحالات الطوارئ المختلفة (مثل رموز الطوارئ وفريق الاستجابة السريعة) لضمان سلامة المريض والاستجابة الفعالة.
- الابتكار في رعاية المرضى وتنفيذ الممارسات المبنية على الأدلة لتعزيز نتائج المرضى.
- المحافظة على سجلات رعاية المرضى دقيقة ومفصلة، بما في ذلك الملاحظات والتدخلات والاستجابات.
- التواصل بفاعلية مع المرضى والأسر والفريق الصحي لضمان رعاية منسقة وشاملة.
- التعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين لضمان استمرارية وتكامل الرعاية.
- تقديم الدعم العاطفي للمرضى وعائلاتهم ومعالجة المخاوف وتقديم الطمأنينة في الأوقات العصيبة.
- الدفاع عن احتياجات المرضى وتفضيلاتهم وضمان احترام حقوقهم وإيصال أصواتهم.
- المشاركة في التعليم والتدريب المستمر للبقاء على اطلاع بالممارسات والتطورات الطبية.
- احترام الخلفيات الثقافية المتنوعة ودمج قيم المرضى ومعتقداتهم في تخطيط الرعاية.
- الإشراف على عمل الموظفين المبتدئين وطلاب التمريض وتقديم التوجيه والدعم حسب الحاجة.
- التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات يشمل الأطباء والمعالجين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتقديم رعاية شاملة.
- تحديد ومعالجة المشكلات أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في الحلول والتحسينات في الممارسة.
- أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها مدير التمريض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، والحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة، والامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لفقيه للرعاية الصحية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ الانتهاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل شخصية ممتازة وتوجه خدمي
- القدرة على إدارة ضغط العمل ومهارات العمل الجماعي
- مهارات الحاسب الآلي (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، طباعة، وغيرها)
- مهارات إدارية مكتبية (إعداد جداول الأعمال وتدوين محاضر الاجتماعات، مسح المستندات، وغيرها)
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة
- للمقيمين الممرضين: الموظفون ذوو الخبرة الأقل من سنة سيلتحقون ببرنامج الإقامة التمريضية (خريجو فقيه)
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية مثل (الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، بالإضافة إلى شهادات BLS، ACLS، ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Clinical Duties:
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
- Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
- Supportive Duties:
- Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
- Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
- Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
- Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
- Identifies and addresses issues or challenges in patient care and contributes to solutions and improvements in practice
- Other duties as assigned by the nursing manager within the scope of the job

- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.

- Minimum of one year of clinical experience
- RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)
