تفاصيل الوظيفة
تسعى فقيه للرعاية الصحية إلى توظيف ممرض/ممرضة مسجل/ة لوحدة رعاية ما بعد التخدير (PACU) في المدينة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتحمل المختص مسؤولية تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة قائمة على الأدلة لتحسين حياة المرضى في بيئة سريرية، ويشمل ذلك تقييم المشكلات الصحية للمرضى، وتطوير خطط الرعاية، والعمل عن كثب مع الأطباء وفريق الرعاية الصحية لضمان أفضل النتائج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات أولية ومستمرة لصحة المرضى، بما في ذلك الفحوصات البدنية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط رعاية فردية بناءً على تقييمات المرضى وبالتعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات وفقاً لوصف الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات العكسية.
- تقديم الرعاية للجروح، بما في ذلك التنظيف والتضميد ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
- مساعدة الأطباء وغيرهم من مقدمي الرعاية الصحية أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات التشخيصية.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
- مراقبة وتسجيل حالة المرضى، بما في ذلك التغيرات في الأعراض أو السلوك، وإبلاغ الفريق الطبي بأي تغييرات جوهرية.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ الطبية وتقديم الرعاية الفورية حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء جولات هادفة (purposeful rounding) للمرضى لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم، ومنع المضاعفات، وتحسين جودة الرعاية.
- الالتزام بمعايير مكافحة العدوى الصارمة، بما في ذلك نظافة اليدين واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) والتعامل السليم مع المواد الخطرة.
- المشاركة في مراقبة عدوى المنشأة والإبلاغ عنها للمساعدة في منع العدوى المكتسبة داخل المنشأة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة أدوات ومعدات المرضى وفقاً لسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.

- الحفاظ على سجلات رعاية مرضى دقيقة ومفصلة، بما في ذلك الملاحظات والتدخلات والاستجابات.
- التواصل الفعال مع المرضى والعائلات وفريق الرعاية الصحية لضمان رعاية منسقة وشاملة.
- التعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين لضمان استمرارية وتكامل رعاية المرضى.

- الإشراف على عمل الموظفين المبتدئين وطلاب التمريض وتقديم التوجيه والدعم حسب الحاجة.
- التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات، بما في ذلك الأطباء والمعالجين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، لتقديم رعاية شاملة.
- تحديد ومعالجة المشكلات أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في إيجاد الحلول وتحسين الممارسة.
- أداء المهام الأخرى التي يكلف بها مدير التمريض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- أداء جميع الواجبات والمهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
- المساهمة بنشاط في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور الوظيفي.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التوعية والمبادرات التدريبية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمعايير الأخلاقية.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الخبرة: خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة. الموظفون الحاصلون على أقل من سنة خبرة (خريجو فقيه) يلتحقون ببرنامج الإقامة التمريضية (RN residency program).
- التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
- اللغة: إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية. إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- التراخيص/الشهادات: رخصة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة ممارسة من الهيئة الصحية التنظيمية الإقليمية (مثل SCFHS/DHA)، وشهادات BLS وACLS بالإضافة إلى دورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين وموجهة نحو الخدمة.
- القدرة على إدارة ضغط العمل ومهارات العمل الجماعي.
- مهارات الحاسوب (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، طباعة وغيرها).
- مهارات كتابية (إعداد جدول الأعمال وتدوين محاضر الاجتماعات، مسح المستندات وغيرها).

- Clinical Duties:
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
- Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
- Supportive Duties:
- Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
- Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
- Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
- Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
- Identifies and addresses issues or challenges in patient care and contributes to solutions and improvements in practice
- Other duties as assigned by the nursing manager within the scope of the job

- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.

- Minimum of one year of clinical experience
- RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)
