تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن حاجتها إلى ممرض / ممرضة مسجل في وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة (NICU Registered Nurse) للعمل في منطقة الرياض. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة قائمة على الممارسات المبنية على الأدلة، والعمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات لتحقيق أفضل النتائج للمرضى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات أولية ومستمرة للحالة الصحية للمريض، تشمل الفحوصات السريرية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط رعاية فردية بناءً على تقييمات المريض وبالتعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب وصف الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات العكسية.
- توفير الرعاية للجروح، بما في ذلك التنظيف والتضميد ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
- مساعدة الأطباء وغيرهم من مقدمي الرعاية الصحية أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات التشخيصية.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
- مراقبة وتسجيل حالة المرضى، بما في ذلك التغيرات في الأعراض أو السلوك، وإبلاغ الفريق الطبي بأي تغييرات هامة.

- المشاركة في التعليم والتدريب المستمر للبقاء على اطلاع بالممارسات الطبية والتطورات.
- احترام الخلفيات الثقافية المتنوعة وإدماج قيم المرضى ومعتقداتهم في تخطيط الرعاية.
- الإشراف على عمل الموظفين المبتدئين وطلاب التمريض وتقديم التوجيه والدعم حسب الحاجة.
- التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات يشمل الأطباء والمعالجين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتقديم رعاية شاملة.
- تحديد ومعالجة المشكلات أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في إيجاد حلول وتحسينات في الممارسة.
- أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل مدير التمريض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة. (أما الموظفون الجدد الذين تقل خبرتهم عن سنة فسينتظمون في برنامج الإقامة التمريضية RN Residency Program - من خريجي فقيه).
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- رخصة مزاولة مهنة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة ممارسة من الهيئة الصحية المحلية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، بالإضافة إلى شهادات BLS و ACLS وغيرها من دورات دعم الحياة الأساسية حسب المتطلبات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات شخصية ممتازة وروح الخدمة.
- القدرة على إدارة ضغط العمل والعمل ضمن فريق.
- مهارات الحاسوب (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, كتابة وغيرها).

- Clinical Duties:
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
- Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
- Supportive Duties:
- Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
- Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
