شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني بصريات للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد احتياجات العملاء وتوصية المنتجات المناسبة (الإطارات، العدسات، العدسات اللاصقة، النظارات الشمسية).
- تعزيز التحويل (Conversion)، والبيع الإضافي (Upselling)، والبيع التبادلي (Cross-Selling)، وتنفيذ العروض الترويجية.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية ودعم أداء المتجر.
- تقديم تجربة عميل احترافية وجذابة.
- التعامل الفعال مع استفسارات العملاء والشكاوى الأساسية.
- بناء علاقات مع العملاء وتعزيز الولاء.
- قراءة وفهم الوصفات الطبية بدقة.
- دعم عمليات التركيب الأساسية، والتعديلات، واختيار المنتجات.
- مساعدة أخصائيي البصريات في التعامل مع المتطلبات الفنية عند الحاجة.
- التحقق من الوصفة الطبية، والتركيب، ومواصفات المنتج.
- ضمان خلو المنتجات من العيوب وتطابقها التام مع طلب العميل.
- دعم عملية التسليم الخالية من الأخطاء وحل المشكلات قبل التسليم.
- معالجة المعاملات بدقة عبر نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
- دعم اعتمادات التأمين والتوثيق.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- الحفاظ على دقة المخزون والتعامل السليم مع المنتجات.
- الإبلاغ عن النقص، والتلف، والتناقضات.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة بالمنتجات عبر الفئات المختلفة.
- العمل مع الفريق لتحقيق أهداف المتجر.
- دعم أخصائيي البصريات وفريق المبيعات خلال أوقات الذروة.
- المساهمة في بيئة عمل إيجابية ومنتجة.
- اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- الحفاظ على السلوك المهني والأخلاقي.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والتشغيل.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في المبيعات وخدمة العملاء.
- فهم أساسي للعمليات البصرية والتقنية.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) وأنظمة التأمين.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتركيز على الجودة.
- روح الفريق والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في معهد تقني للبصريات.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- الحصول على ترخيص الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).

Experience: 0 - 2 years’ experience in related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical institute of optics.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications: SCFHS
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).
- Drive conversion, upselling, cross-Selling and promotions execution.
- Achieving individual sales targets and supporting store performance.
- Deliver a professional and engaging customer journey.
- Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints effectively.
- Build customer relationships and loyalty.
- Read and understand prescriptions accurately.
- Support basic fitting, adjustments, and product selection.
- Assist opticians in handling technical requirements when needed.
- Check prescription, fitting, and product specifications.
- Ensure no defects and full match with customer order.
- Support zero-error delivery and resolve issues before handover.
- Process transactions accurately through POS system.
- Support insurance approvals and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain stock accuracy and proper product handling.
- Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
- Maintain product knowledge across categories.
- Work with team to achieve store targets.
- Support opticians and sales team during peak times.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional and ethical behavior.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
