شركة CEER تبحث عن Senior Specialist, Fabrication and Welding للعمل في مركز ورشة النماذج الأولية (Prototype Shop Center) بالرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
أخصائي لحام وتصنيع أول متخصص في التقنيات الانضمامية داخل القسم، مسؤول عن تنفيذ أنشطة بناء النماذج الأولية للمركبات، وتصنيع وتعديل الأجزاء الأولية، والتركيبات والتجهيزات. يقدم التوجيه الفني والخبرة للقسم والمتخصصين في العمليات والتقنيات والمواد المطلوبة لتصنيع أجزاء وتجهيزات النماذج الأولية منخفضة الحجم، ودعم بناء النماذج الأولية مع ضمان أن المخرجات تفي بجميع المواصفات والمتطلبات الهندسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تطبيق سياسات نظام إدارة الجودة وفقاً لمتطلبات العمل.
- دعم تطبيق سياسات الصحة والسلامة وفقاً لمتطلبات العمل.
- دعم تطبيق عمليات التصنيع وخطط التحكم.
- إجراء إعادة العمل (Reworks) المتعلقة بهيكل المركبة (BIW) والمكونات أثناء أحداث بناء النماذج.
- إجراء تجميع/تجميع فرعي للتركيبات والتجهيزات ومكونات المركبة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني متعدد الوظائف عبر القسم ومرافق الاختبار.
- تقديم ملاحظات الجدوى التصنيعية والفنية لفرق الهندسة.
- نقل المعرفة وتدريب المواهب النامية.
- تحقيق الأهداف الموكلة من خلال وضع أهداف فردية وإدارة الأداء وتطوير وتحفيز الموظفين.
- المشاركة في تطوير خطط أعمال القسم وفقاً لأهداف القسم.
- ضمان التنفيذ الفعال للسياسات والإجراءات والضوابط التي تغطي جميع مجالات الأنشطة المسندة.
- إعداد الميزانية المطلوبة للقسم ومراقبة الأداء المالي مقابل الميزانية مع ضمان أن أنشطة الوحدة تتم وفقاً للإرشادات المعتمدة.
- إدارة تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر واستدامة الأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات مع مراعاة المعايير الرائدة وتحسين الإنتاجية وخفض التكاليف.
- ضمان إعداد جميع تقارير القسم في الوقت المحدد وبدقة وأن تلبي متطلبات وسياسات ومعايير الجودة لشركة CEER.
- ضمان عدم الإفشاء بالمعلومات السرية داخل أو خارج CEER.
- ضمان الالتزام بسياسات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة عبر جميع وظائف الأعمال في القسم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم فني.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور فني ورشة عمل.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن برامج بناء النماذج الأولية للمركبات، بما في ذلك مركبات Mule وبناء التحقق من المنتج والعملية (PPV) ومراحل التجارب الإنتاجية (PT).
- خبرة سابقة في العمل في منشأة تصنيع نماذج أولية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية وبيانات CAD.
- المهارة في التشغيل العملي لتقنيات الانضمام مثل اللحام (CMT، MIG، TIG، نقطي، لحام المسامير)، والتثبيت واللصق على المواد الحديدية وغير الحديدية.
- المهارة في التشغيل العملي لتقنيات التصنيع مثل تشكيل المعادن، والثني، والدرفلة، والحفر، والقطع، والتجليخ.
- المهارة في التشغيل العملي لآلة القطع بالليزر CNC.
- المهارة في طرق إصلاح هياكل السيارات.
- المهارة في تجميع/تفكيك المركبات.
- معرفة باختبارات اللحام (التدميري، غير التدميري، بالموجات فوق الصوتية).

Job Purpose
The PTS Machining Centre Senior Specialist is a hands-on technical joining specialist within the department who is responsible for the execution of activities involving prototype vehicle build, manufacture and modification of prototype parts, jigs and fixtures. The individual is responsible for providing technical direction and expertise to the department, and specialists on the processes, techniques and materials required for the manufacture of low volume prototype parts, jigs and fixtures and support prototype vehicle build whilst ensuring the output meets all engineering specifications and requirements.

Job Role
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data.
- Skilled in the practical operation of joining technology such as welding (CMT, MIG, TIG, spot, stud), riveting and gluing on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
- Skilled in the practical operation of fabrication technology such metal forming, bending, rolling, drilling, cutting and grinding.
- Skilled in the practical operation of CNC laser cutting machine.
- Skilled In car body repair methods.
- Skilled in vehicle assembly/disassembly
- Previous experience working within prototype vehicle build programmes, including Mule vehicles, Product and Process Validation (PPV) builds, and Production Trial (PT) phases
- Previous experience working in a prototype manufacturing facility
- Knowledge of weld testing (destructive, non-destructing, ultrasonic)
- Support the implementation of quality management system policies in line with business requirements.
- Support the Implementation of health and safety policies in line with business requirements
- Support the Implementation of manufacturing processes and control plans
- Perform reworks associated with BIW and components during prototype build events.
- Perform assembly/sub assembly of jigs, fixtures and vehicle components.
- Cross functional technical support across the department and test facilities.
- Provide manufacturing feasibility and technical feedback to engineering teams.
- Knowledge transfer and train developing talent.
Key Managerial Accountabilities
- Achieve the assigned objectives through the setting of individual objectives, managing performance, and developing and motivating staff.
- Participate in the development of the section’s business plans according to the department objectives.
- Ensure the effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned activities.
- Prepare the budget required from the section and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring unit activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
- Manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering leading standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure that all section reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet CEER’s requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure non-disclosure of confidential information within or outside CEER.
- Ensure adherence to the Health, Safety, Security, Environment policies and standards across all business functions under the department.
