نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية إجراء عمليات الفحص الشامل قبل التسليم (PDI) وفقاً لمعايير الشركة المصنعة، بالإضافة إلى أداء خدمات التشخيص والصيانة الدورية والإصلاح. يساهم هذا المنصب في تحقيق رضا العملاء من خلال ضمان صيانة المركبات بكفاءة وأمان وفقاً لمعايير CEER.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء تشخيصات للمركبات لتحديد وتحليل وحل الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية المعقدة، بما في ذلك المكونات ذات الجهد العالي والمنخفض، باستخدام أدوات وبرامج التشخيص القياسية.
  • إجراء فحوصات شاملة قبل التسليم (PDI) وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة المصنعة للتأكد من مطابقة كل مركبة لمعايير الجودة والسلامة والتشغيل قبل تسليمها للعميل.
  • تحديد وحل أي أضرار ناتجة عن النقل، أو تحديثات برمجية مطلوبة، أو إجراءات استدعاء، أو مشكلات متعلقة بالمصنع، وتوثيق جميع النتائج قبل تسليم المركبة لفريق المبيعات.
  • تنفيذ الإصلاحات الميكانيكية مثل صيانة نظام الفرامل، وضبط التعليق، وخدمات الإطارات، وإصلاح مجموعة القيادة لدعم أداء المركبة الأمثل.
  • أداء مهام الصيانة الدورية مثل صيانة الفرامل والإطارات والتعليق، بالإضافة إلى الإصلاحات المتعلقة بالضمان.
  • استخدام أدوات وبرامج التشخيص المتخصصة لتحديد وحل المشكلات الفنية بكفاءة.
  • التعاون مع مستشاري الخدمة لشرح نتائج التشخيص، والتوصية بالإصلاحات، وتقديم تقديرات زمنية دقيقة.
  • إكمال مهام الخدمة والإصلاح بدقة وكفاءة، بما في ذلك توثيق العمل المنجز، وقطع الغيار المستخدمة، ووقت العمل.
  • إجراء فحوصات مراقبة الجودة على الإصلاحات المكتملة للتحقق من دقة ووظائف العمل المنجز.
  • الحفاظ على موقف احترافي وموجه نحو العملاء، ومعالجة استفسارات العملاء وتقديم خدمة ممتازة.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع قسم قطع الغيار لضمان طلب وتتبع وتوفر جميع المكونات المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب.

  • المؤهل التعليمي: الثانوية الفنية أو الثانوية العامة.
  • الخبرة: من 1 إلى 2 سنوات في تشخيص السيارات، الصيانة والإصلاح أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for carrying out thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) per OEM standards, performing diagnostic, servicing, routine maintenance, and repair services. This position contributes to customer satisfaction by helping ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and in alignment with CEER’s standards.

Key Functional Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify, analyze, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues repairs on various vehicle systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage components using industry standard diagnostic tools and software.
  • Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) in line with OEM guidelines to confirm each vehicle meets all quality, safety, and operational standards before it is handed over to the customer.
  • Identify and resolve any transit damage, required software updates, campaign actions, or factory-related issues, and document all findings before releasing the vehicle to the Sales team.
  • Execute mechanical repairs, including brake system maintenance, suspension adjustments, tire services, and drivetrain repairs, to support optimal vehicle performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks carry out regular maintenance such as brake, tire and suspension servicing, as well as warranty-related repairs.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools & software operate specialized diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to explain diagnostic results, recommend repairs, and provide accurate time estimates.
  • Efficiently and accurately complete servicing and repair tasks, including documenting work performed, parts used and Labor time.
  • Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs to verify the accuracy and functionality of work performed.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude, addressing customer concerns and providing excellent service.
  • Collaborating closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely ordering, tracking, and availability of all required components.
  • Stay updated with the latest technical information, service bulletins, and equipment manufacturer guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient servicing and repairs.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
  • Ensure safety & compliance follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, and comply with company, environmental and health regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.

Job Requirements

Education: Technical High School or High School

Experience 1-2 Years in automotive diagnostics, servicing and repairs or any relevant field.
