شركة CEER تعلن عن وظيفة مستشار قطع غيار (Parts Advisor) في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن قسم خدمات ما بعد البيع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال ومساعدة عملاء التجزئة الذين يزورون قسم قطع الغيار، وتحديد القطع والملحقات الصحيحة بناءً على احتياجات العميل والمركبة.
- معالجة طلبات مبيعات قطع الغيار وطلبات الخدمة بدقة في نظام SAP، مع ضمان التسعير والخصومات والفواتير الصحيحة وفقاً للسياسة التجارية لشركة CEER.
- الترويج للملحقات وعروض القطع/الخدمة ذات القيمة المضافة لزيادة حجم المشتريات ودعم تحقيق أهداف مبيعات التجزئة.
- التنسيق مع مستشاري الخدمة والفنيين لتلبية متطلبات قطع الغيار لوظائف الخدمة المجدولة والطارئة.
- سحب القطع والتحقق منها وصرفها مقابل أوامر الإصلاح وأوامر العمل في الوقت المناسب لتقليل وقت إنجاز المركبة.
- متابعة القطع المتأخرة أو غير المتوفرة وإبلاغ فرق الخدمة والعملاء بموعد التوفر المتوقع.
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء حول توفر القطع والأسعار والتوافق.
- معالجة شكاوى العملاء من الدرجة الأولى المتعلقة بمبيعات القطع، وتحويل المشكلات المعقدة إلى مساعد مدير عمليات قطع الغيار.
- معالجة المرتجعات والاستبدالات ومطالبات الضمان وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية المعتمدة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمعاملات مبيعات التجزئة والخدمة والتسوية اليومية للنقد/مخزون الكاونتر.
- إعداد تقارير نشاط المبيعات اليومية/الأسبوعية الروتينية لمساعد مدير عمليات قطع الغيار.
- دعم أنشطة تسوية المخزون والمبيعات في نهاية الشهر.
- اتباع متطلبات إجراءات التشغيل القياسية وسياسات خدمات ما بعد البيع الخاصة بشركة CEER في جميع المعاملات، والحفاظ على منطقة مبيعات قطع الغيار/الكاونتر نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهل التعليمي: ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم في مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: سنتان كحد أدنى في مجال ذي صلة.

Key Functional Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in parts retail customers at the parts counter, identifying the correct parts and accessories based on customer and vehicle requirements.
- Process parts retail and service sales orders accurately in SAP, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and invoicing in line with CEER commercial policy.
- Promote accessories and value-added parts/service offers to maximize basket size and support achievement of retail sales targets.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to fulfil parts requirements for scheduled and walk-in service jobs.
- Pick, verify, and issue parts against repair orders and work orders in a timely manner to minimize vehicle turnaround time.
- Follow up on back-ordered or unavailable parts and communicate expected availability to service teams and customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries on part availability, pricing, and compatibility.
- Handle first-line customer complaints related to parts sales and escalate complex issues to the Parts Operations Asstistant Manager.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to established SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records of retail and service sales transactions and daily cash/counter stock reconciliation.
- Generate routine daily/weekly sales activity reports for the Parts Operations Asstistant Manager.
- Support month-end stock and sales reconciliation activities.
- Follow CEER Aftersales SOPs & Policies requirements for all transactions and maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts retail/counter area.
Education High school/ diploma in a related field.
Experience 2 Years minimum in a relevant field.
