شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن وظيفة مدير مشروع في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع فريق التطوير لتحديد الاتجاه التقني وتصميم النظام للمنتجات والأنظمة الداعمة.
- إنشاء وإدارة وتتبع وثائق المشروع، بما في ذلك جداول المشروع، وخطط المشروع التفصيلية، وبيانات نطاق المشروع، وخطط الموارد، وسجلات المخاطر والمشكلات، وتقارير الحالة.
- تخصيص عمليات إدارة المشروع والدعم لتلبية الاحتياجات المحددة لكل مشروع.
- الإشراف على أنشطة المشروع اليومية والموظفين، مع ضمان تسليم المخرجات في الموعد المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين بشأن مخرجات المشروع وإدارة التوقعات.
- اتخاذ القرارات بشأن المقايضات والمخاطر، ودفع القرارات الرئيسية عبر المشاريع.
- تقديم توصيات بشأن الجداول الزمنية وتحديد الأولويات وتخصيص الموارد بناءً على مدخلات الفريق.
- الإبلاغ عن خطط المشروع الجارية وحالتها إلى مديري الحسابات والعملاء والإدارة.
- المساهمة في عمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإنشاء الأصول.
- إدارة تخطيط الموارد وتقييم القدرة التنظيمية.
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق على أفضل ممارسات تطوير البرمجيات والتنفيذ.
- المشاركة في تصميم وبرمجة المنتجات حسب الحاجة.
- جمع وتحليل ملاحظات العملاء حول استخدام المنتج؛ استخدام المنطق لمعالجة الموضوعات العاطفية وتحليل المعلومات بفعالية.
- متابعة التدريب والتطوير المستمر؛ الحفاظ على المعرفة بتطبيقات HIS وتعزيز المهارات الحاسوبية.
- تعزيز علاقات العملاء الإيجابية لضمان ربحية الأعمال؛ معالجة مواقف العملاء الصعبة باحترافية.
- السعي المستمر للتحسين وتطبيق الملاحظات لتعزيز الأداء؛ مراقبة جودة العمل بجدية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تنفيذ البرمجيات أو إدارة المشاريع أو الدعم الفني في دور مماثل.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، مع تفضيل اللغة العربية.
- ترخيص من الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لتطوير البرمجيات والتكامل، بما في ذلك إتقان لغات البرمجة وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) وقواعد البيانات لتنفيذ الحلول واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بفعالية.
- القدرة على تحليل المشكلات المعقدة، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، وتطوير حلول فعالة، مع ضمان التنفيذ السلس وتقليل الاضطراب في عمليات العميل.

Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications: SCE
- Collaborate with the development team to define technical direction and system design for products and supporting systems.
- Create, manage, and track project documentation, including project schedules, detailed project plans, project scope statements, resource plans, risk and issues logs, and status reports.
- Tailor project management and support processes to meet the specific needs of each project.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities and staff, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project deliverables and manage expectations.
- Make decisions regarding trade-offs and risks, driving key decisions across projects.
- Provide recommendations on schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation based on team input.
- Report ongoing project plans and status to account managers, clients, and management.
- Contribute to strategic planning and asset creation processes.
- Manage resource planning and assess organizational capacity.
- Coach and train team members on software development and implementation best practices.
