About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer - HVAC to join our After Sales & Service team. If you have a strong background in HVAC Controls, BMS/BAS, PLC, SCADA, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and retrofit projects, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Controls Engineer - HVAC to lead and support our After Sales & Service team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC controls commissioning and retrofit projects
• Support service teams with technical troubleshooting and optimization
• Deliver energy-efficient solutions and system upgrades
• Engage with customers and provide technical consultation
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 8-12 years of experience in HVAC Controls, BMS, or Building Automation Systems
• Minimum 5 years in a senior role supporting service, maintenance, and after-sales operations

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in commissioning, optimization, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
• Experience with HVAC equipment, control sequences, VFDs, BACnet, Modbus, and BMS platforms
