Indigo Developers, Pakistan, is expanding into Medina with a new land acquisition and development project - a hotel/apartment building. We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead this project on-site from the ground up.

As Construction Manager, you'll oversee the full construction lifecycle of a hotel/residential development in Medina - from site mobilization to handover - ensuring quality, budget, and timeline control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site construction operations for a hotel/apartment building project
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with Saudi construction codes and safety regulations
• Monitor project budget, procurement, and timelines
• Report progress directly to senior management/MD
• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in construction management, ideally on hotel or high-rise residential projects
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, permits, and municipal processes
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Valid transferable Iqama (if already in KSA) is an advantage
