🚀 We’re Hiring | Junior Operations Specialist - Medical Devices

As we continue to grow our operations in Riyadh, we’re looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist to join our medical-device distribution team.

This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the medical-device industry and work with international suppliers.

📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs)

• Communicate with international suppliers and obtain order confirmations

• Follow up on product availability, quantities, and delivery schedules

• Monitor stock levels and replenishment requirements

• Track shipments and coordinate with internal teams

• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and order records

• Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth order processing

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, MIS, IT, or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience - fresh graduates are welcome

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up

• Ability to communicate professionally with international suppliers

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
