شركة KBR، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال الهندسة والخدمات، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني صيانة معدات ثابتة (Static Technician II) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام المهام والتعليمات والرسومات والمواصفات من المشرف وتنفيذ العمل.
  • قيادة فريق من الفنيين.
  • استخدام الأدوات والمعدات المناسبة للعمل وتشغيل الأدوات المتخصصة الثقيلة المستلمة من غرفة الأدوات المركزية.
  • تشغيل الأدوات الآلية الأساسية مثل الجلاخة، المنشار الكهربائي، المثقاب، ماكينة اللولبة، وغيرها.
  • تنفيذ جميع أعمال التركيب والصيانة وفق إجراءات SATORP وإرشاداتها.
  • إجراء الاختبارات اللازمة (الهيدروليكي، الهوائي، إلخ).
  • الحصول على تصاريح العمل اللازمة قبل بدء العمل.
  • الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة الخاصة بـ SATORP.
  • استشارة المشرف في أي مشكلات فنية.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة مكان العمل أثناء وبعد الانتهاء من المهام.
  • إنجاز الأعمال بالجودة المطلوبة وفي الموعد المحدد وفق معايير الشركة ومتطلباتها.
  • الامتثال لجميع معايير وإجراءات السلامة والصحة والبيئة.
  • الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث الوشيكة والظروف والممارسات غير الآمنة.
  • حضور التدريبات السلامة والفنية المجدولة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم في الهندسة أو ما يعادله.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز لحملة الثانوية العامة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز لحملة الدبلوم.
  • حيازة شهادة معتمدة صادرة من جهة اعتماد معترف بها أو معهد سعودي معتمد تثبت المؤهل والكفاءة لأداء الأعمال.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة صيانة مرافق النفط والغاز.
  • تنظيم جيد واستباقية مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

KBR is looking for STATIC TECHNICIAN who maintains Static equipment’s and Piping systems in good condition. Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Static equipment’s and Process Piping systems.

Responsibilities

  • Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
  • Leading the team of Technicians.
  • Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
  • Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
  • Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
  • Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)
  • Receive necessary work permits before starting of work...
  • Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
  • Consult with Supervisor for any technical issues.
  • Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
  • Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standard and requirements.
  • Comply with all Safety, health and environment standards and procedures.
  • Report all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.
  • Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications

  • High School
  • Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
