تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن حاجتها إلى فني أجهزة (Instrument Technician I) للعمل في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى ضمان موثوقية وتوفر أصول الأجهزة لاستمرار تشغيل الوحدات الإنتاجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وتنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة فريق فنيي الصيانة مع التركيز على الامتثال لخطة الصيانة الوقائية والتطوير الفعال والفاعل لصيانة الأعطال في أنظمة الأجهزة والمعدات والمرافق ضمن نطاق المسؤولية، مع تطبيق أفضل ممارسات الصيانة الآمنة.
  • تنفيذ خطة الصيانة الشهرية والأسبوعية، والتحكم في تقديم تقارير التقدم بشكل منتظم.
  • توفير الصيانة والإصلاحات في الموقع لجميع أنواع الأجهزة (مثل المولدات والمحولات والمحركات). ضمان أن يتم تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة وفقًا للمعايير والمواصفات وإجراءات السلامة وتوصيات الشركة المصنعة وشروط العقد.
  • قيادة وتنسيق والإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية لأعمال صيانة الأجهزة التي يقوم بها الفنيون في جميع أنظمة الأجهزة والمعدات والمرافق النباتية ضمن نطاق المسؤولية المحدد. ويكون نقطة الاتصال لخطة تنفيذ الصيانة اليومية للأجهزة.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية متكررة لضمان التنفيذ السليم للعمل والتحقق من أنشطة الفنيين المشاركين في أنشطة الصيانة الروتينية.
  • متابعة تقدم أعمال صيانة الأجهزة وتقديم تقارير تقدم منتظمة إلى رئيس فنيي الأجهزة مع التوصيات. الاحتفاظ بسجل لأعمال الصيانة اليومية مقابل برامج الصيانة المخطط لها وإعداد تقارير إنجاز العمل عند الاقتضاء.
  • المساعدة في تنفيذ التعديلات والتحسينات الهندسية على معدات الأجهزة من خلال تقديم توصيات لزيادة ملاءمة وقابلية خدمة أنظمة الأجهزة.
  • الاستعداد والسلوك الاستباقي في السلامة.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة الأجهزة.
  • معرفة جيدة بتصميم وتركيب وصيانة معدات الأجهزة.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهروهيدروليكية.
  • معرفة قوية بالمعايير والإجراءات واللوائح لتطوير الأنشطة مع مراعاة الحفاظ على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6-8 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز - دبلوم/بكالوريوس.
  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة صيانة مرافق النفط والغاز.
  • منظم جيد واستباقي مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات إدارة استراتيجية.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
  • المرونة للسفر دوليًا والعيش في المملكة العربية السعودية.

KBR is looking for INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN who is responsible for ensuring Instrument assets are reliable and available in order to keep Process Units in operation.

Responsibilities

  • To Lead, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance technician’s team and focuses in compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on Instrument systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices.
  • the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan, Control & Submit progress reports on a regular basis.
  • Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on all types of Instruments (such as generators, transformers and motors). Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation and contract terms.
  • To lead, supervise and coordinate the day to-day activities of Instrument maintenance activities develop by technician on all Instrument systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility. He is the Focal point for daily Instrument maintenance execution plan.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper execution of work and check on the activity’s technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.
  • Follow-up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the Instrument foreman with recommendations. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.
  • Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to Instrument equipment by making recommendations to increase the suitability and serviceability of Instrument systems.
  • Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Instrument systems.
  • Good knowledge in Instrument equipment design, installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electro hydraulic systems
  • Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good commands oral and written English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma/Bachelors.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.
