تعلن شركة Acwa China عن توفر وظيفة مهندس I&C في السعودية، ضمن قسم الصيانة وتحت إشراف رئيس القسم، وذلك للعمل على تخطيط والإشراف على جميع أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والإغلاقات السنوية لمعدات القياس والتحكم في المحطة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
العمل تحت إشراف رئيس القسم لتخطيط والإشراف على جميع أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، والإغلاقات الشهرية/السنوية، وأعمال الإصلاح لمعدات I&C في المحطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توزيع مهام الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقًا لتوجيهات رئيس القسم.
- الإشراف والتنسيق على أنشطة موظفي الصيانة وحفظ السجلات وإعداد التقارير.
- تنفيذ أوامر العمل عبر نظام CMMS (SAP) والتنسيق مع مهندس التخطيط لإنجاز المهام.
- الحفاظ على التواصل لتقارير حالة الأمور التي تتطلب إجراءً وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مساعدة رئيس القسم ومدير الصيانة في تنفيذ الصيانة التصحيحية والمخططة وفق الخطة السنوية.
- إجراء التقييم الفني للعروض المقدمة من قسم المشتريات والتوصية بالخيار المناسب.
- إعداد طلبات الشراء لقطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية مع مراعاة الضوابط الميزانية وترتيب توفر القطع الإستراتيجية.
- مراجعة والتوصية بإجراءات وتعليمات الصيانة الجديدة.
- الإشراف والتوجيه والتنسيق لأنشطة جميع الموظفين المكلفين في منطقته.
- أي مهام أخرى تُسند إليه من الإدارة حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان تقييم تأثيرات البيئة والمخاطر (Aspect-Impact & Hazard Risk Assessment) ومراقبتها وتحديثها.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة وإبلاغ أهداف وبرامج نظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS).
- توفير الموارد اللازمة للتنفيذ الفعال واستدامة نظام IMS.
- الإبلاغ عن أداء نظام IMS للإدارة بشكل دوري.
- ضمان الامتثال القانوني ضمن نطاق الأنشطة.
- ضمان تحديد السبب الجذري لعدم المطابقات والانحرافات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تحديد فجوة الكفاءة للموظفين التابعين وتنفيذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
- إجراء تقييم الأداء السنوي للموظفين التابعين.
- المسؤولية عن الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتعاقدية والتنظيمية.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) للموظفين الجدد وتقييم أدائهم.
- تحديد وتوثيق ومراقبة المخاطر في منطقة العمل المخصصة.
- ضمان مراقبة الجوانب المحددة واتباع الضوابط التشغيلية.
- الإبلاغ عن الانحرافات في نظام الإدارة المتكامل، وتحديد السبب الجذري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- الإبلاغ عن حالات الطوارئ والحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة.
- الاستخدام الفعال للموارد.
- أداء المهام الأخرى المكلف بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة I&C من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة.
- الخبرة: ست إلى عشر سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة والتدريب (أو ما يعادلها من مزيج تعليم وخبرة).
- الخبرة المفضلة: اثنتا عشرة سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة والتدريب (أو ما يعادلها).
- الشهادات والتدريب المطلوب: حسب متطلبات الشركة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الوعي بمبادئ أنظمة إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة.
- معرفة المتطلبات القانونية المطبقة.
- تقييم المخاطر (Hazard Risk Assessment).
- تقييم الأثر (Aspect Impact Assessment).
- مهارات التحقيق.
- معرفة باحتواء الانسكابات.
- معرفة بإدارة طوارئ الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- معرفة بتحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات.
- معرفة بمراقبة الانبعاثات.
- القدرة على قيادة مجموعة الصيانة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- إلمام بالكمبيوتر والقدرة على استخدام MS Outlook للمراسلات.
- القدرة على استخدام SAP كمستخدم نهائي.

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assigns preventive and corrective maintenance jobs as per the direction of Section Head. Supervises and co-ordinates activities of maintenance staff. Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence related to work.
- Executes work order through CMMS (SAP) and co-ordinates with planning engineer for job completion and technical matters.
- Maintain such communications and relations as are necessary to report on the status of matters requiring action and to ensure that corrective action is undertaken.
- Helps Section Head Maintenance Manager in executing corrective and planned maintenance with due regard to annual scheduled maintenance plan.
- To perform technical evaluation of quotations received from purchase department and recommend appropriate choice.
- To prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts and consumables ensuring budgetary constraints and arrange strategic spares availability to cope up with the maintenance requirements.
- Review and recommend new maintenance procedures and work instructions.
- Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of all personnel assigned to his area.
- To carry out any other duty assigned to him by the management from time to time.
- Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard Risk Assessment are carried out, controlled and updated.
- Implement, monitor and report IMS objectives, Targets and programs.
- Provide necessary resources for effective implementation and sustenance of IMS.
- Report IMS performance to the management periodically.
- Ensure Legal compliance with respect to their scope of activities.
- Ensure identification of root cause for the identified non conformances/deviations and implement corrective actions/preventive actions.
- Identify the competency gap for subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions.
- Carry out annual performance evaluation of reporting employees.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with legal, contractual and organizational requirements.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees and evaluate their OJT performance.
- Identification, documentation and control of hazards in assigned work area.
- Ensure aspects identified are monitored and operational controls are followed.
- Report deviations in Integrated Management System, identify root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Reporting of emergencies, incidents and near misses.
- Effective resource utilization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in I & C Engineering from a four-year college or university.
Minimum:
- Six to ten years related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Twelve years of related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management System principles.
- Knowledge of applicable legal requirements.
- Hazard Risk Assessment.
- Aspect Impact Assessment.
- Investigation skills.
- Knowledge of spillage containment.
- Knowledge of managing HSE emergencies.
- Knowledge of identification, classification and disposal of waste.
- Knowledge of Emission Monitoring.
- Ability to lead the maintenance group.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Computer literate and able to use MS Outlook for correspondence.
- Able to use SAP as an end user.
