فندق Swissôtel Al Maqam، أحد فنادق Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts ضمن مجموعة أكور، في منطقة مكة المكرمة، يبحث عن Financial Controller للإشراف على العمليات المالية والتقارير والميزانيات والرقابة الداخلية، مع تقديم الدعم الاستشاري للإدارة العليا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع العمليات المالية بما في ذلك المحاسبة والتقارير والميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية.
- ضمان دقة وتوقيت التقارير المالية الشهرية والربعية والسنوية.
- إعداد حسابات الإدارة وتحليل الأداء لمراجعة القيادة.
- الحفاظ على سلامة البيانات المالية والامتثال لمعايير المجموعة.
- قيادة إعداد الميزانية السنوية وعمليات التنبؤ الدورية بالتعاون مع الإدارة.
- الشراكة مع رؤساء الأقسام لضمان تخطيط دقيق للتكاليف ومواءمة الإيرادات.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي مقابل الميزانيات وشرح الانحرافات.
- دعم الفرق التجارية برؤى مالية لتحقيق الربحية.
- ضمان تطبيق رقابة داخلية قوية عبر جميع العمليات المالية.
- حماية أصول الشركة وضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات أكور.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح المالية السعودية والمتطلبات الضريبية والالتزامات النظامية.
- التنسيق مع التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
- الإشراف على الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة وتنسيق الرواتب وإدارة النقد.
- دعم عمليات المشتريات بالحوكمة المالية.
- ضمان توزيع التكاليف بشكل مناسب عبر الأقسام ومصادر الإيرادات.
- العمل كمستشار مالي موثوق لمدير الفريق العام وفريق القيادة.
- تقديم رؤى تدعم اتخاذ القرارات وتحسين التكاليف ونمو الإيرادات.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق العمليات والموارد البشرية والتجارية لضمان التوافق المالي.
- ضمان الاستخدام الفعال للأنظمة والأدوات المالية (PMS، ERP، POS حسب التكامل).
- دفع التحسين المستمر في العمليات المالية وكفاءة التقارير.
- دعم الإعداد المالي قبل الافتتاح وتنفيذ الأنظمة عند الحاجة.
- دعم تطوير أعضاء الفريق داخل القسم.
- تشجيع التدريب المشترك بين الأقسام ونقل المعرفة.
- تعزيز ثقافة النمو والانتماء داخل الفريق وخارجه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مالية تراكمية من 5 إلى 8+ سنوات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الضيافة أو المنتجعات.
- خبرة قوية في الرقابة المالية والمحاسبة وإعداد التقارير.
- خبرة في عمليات ما قبل الافتتاح أو العمليات عن بُعد تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
- فهم قوي للوائح المالية السعودية ومعايير IFRS.
- درجة علمية في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة مهنية مثل CIMA أو ACCA أو CPA أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل المشكلات قوية.
- اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل مع عقلية رقابية متينة.
- إتقان استخدام الأنظمة المالية مثل Opera وSun وSAP أو أنظمة ERP المماثلة في الضيافة.

Job Description
Reporting to Group Director of Finance and Business Support, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Prepare management accounts and performance analysis for leadership review
- Maintain integrity of financial data and compliance with group standards
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes with management
- Partner with department heads to ensure accurate cost planning and revenue alignment
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and explain variances
- Support commercial teams with financial insights to drive profitability
- Ensure strong internal controls are implemented and maintained across all finance processes
- Safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with Accor policies and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi financial regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and cash management
- Support procurement and purchasing processes with financial governance
- Ensure proper cost allocation across departments and revenue streams
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the General Manager and leadership team
- Provide insights to support decision-making, cost optimisation, and revenue growth
- Work closely with operations, HR, and commercial teams to ensure financial alignment
- Ensure effective use of financial systems and tools (PMS, ERP, POS integration where applicable)
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Support pre-opening financial setup and system implementation if required
- Support development of team members within the department
- Encourage cross-exposure training in other sections as we as interdepartmental know-how
- Foster a culture of growth and belonging within the team and outside of it
- 5-8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within hospitality or resort environments
- Strong background in financial controlling, accounting, and reporting
- Experience in pre-opening or remote operations is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of Saudi financial regulations and IFRS standards
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a strong control mindset
- Proficiency in financial systems (Opera, Sun, SAP, or equivalent hospitality ERP systems)
