This role will shape how MT BYTES builds and manages strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia. You will shape partner priorities, manage important relationships, and create a more repeatable way of turning partnerships into opportunities.

You should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and giving relationships time to develop. In Saudi Arabia, we want someone who can develop relationships with senior stakeholders and build a strong local pipeline.

This is a senior role with real ownership. You will be expected to shape the approach, make decisions, and help others execute well.

What you will do
• Review performance, risks, and opportunities
• Make decisions and remove blockers quickly
• Develop the team and improve the way the function operates
• Set clear priorities and expectations for the function
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What we are looking for
• Significant leadership experience in the relevant function
• Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance
• Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with Saudi businesses or the wider GCC market is a plus.
