MT BYTES is looking for a Head of Technology to help set the technical direction of the company. You will guide technical standards, architecture, engineering priorities, and the quality of delivery while working closely with product and leadership.

Experience working with local stakeholders and the wider GCC business environment will be useful. In Saudi Arabia, we want someone who can develop relationships with senior stakeholders and build a strong local pipeline.

This is a senior role with real ownership. You will be expected to shape the approach, make decisions, and help others execute well.

What you will do
• Set clear technical priorities and standards
• Work with engineering and product leaders on architecture
• Review delivery quality, reliability, and technical risk
• Support important technical decisions
• Help develop strong engineering practices and people

What we are looking for
• Significant leadership experience in the relevant function
• Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance
• Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with Saudi businesses or the wider GCC market is a plus.
