شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال البناء والاستشارات، تبحث عن مدير إنشاءات - البنية التحتية (موقع ناءٍ) للانضمام إلى فريقها في تبوك املج، السعودية. ستعمل على مشروع ضخم يجمع بين الترفيه والضيافة الفاخرة، بالتعاون مع أبرز المهندسين المعماريين والاستشاريين العالميين، ضمن بيئة تتطلب نهجاً عملياً لإدارة الإنشاءات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تسليم أعمال الإنشاءات المدنية والبنية التحتية والمباني.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين وفقاً للبرنامج المعتمد ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- دعم تقدم الإنشاءات عبر جبهات عمل متعددة مع تحديد مخاطر التسليم والتخفيف منها.
- الإشراف على أصول المرافق والبنية التحتية بما في ذلك مرافق التبريد المركزي، ومزارع المولدات، ومحطات معالجة المياه، ومحطات معالجة الصرف الصحي، وأنظمة تخزين مياه الإطفاء، والمحطات الضخمة والشبكات المرتبطة بها.
- إدارة أعمال الطرق والتشطيبات الصلبة والمناظر الطبيعية والأعمال المدنية العامة خلال مرحلة الإنشاء.
- تنسيق الواجهات بين المقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين المتخصصين وممثلي العميل.
- مراجعة منهجيات الإنشاء وخطط التسلسل ومقترحات الأعمال المؤقتة وخطط التعافي قصيرة المدى.
- مراقبة تقدم الإنشاءات والإنتاجية وتوزيع الموارد.
- دعم اجتماعات التنسيق الموقعي ومراجعات التقدم وورش العمل الفنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات العقد ووثائق الإنشاء المعتمدة.
- مساعدة فرق الشؤون التجارية في عمليات التغيير ومراجعة المطالبات وإدارة التغيير.
- تعزيز ثقافة قوية للصحة والسلامة والرفاهية عبر جميع أنشطة الإنشاء.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق الموقعي لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
- دعم إعداد تقارير المشروع ومتطلبات الحوكمة والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة كبيرة في تسليم مشاريع مدنية كبرى ومشاريع بنية تحتية ومباني.
- خبرة في إدارة حزم الإنشاءات التي ينفذها مقاولون ضمن بيئات مشاريع معقدة.
- فهم قوي لأعمال البنية التحتية بما في ذلك الطرق والمرافق ومحطات المعالجة والمحطات الضخمة والمنشآت الصناعية والبنية التحتية المدنية المرتبطة بها.
- خبرة سابقة في بيئة إدارة المشاريع أو الاستشارات أو المقاولات أو جهة العميل.
- فهم جيد لمنهجيات الإنشاء وضوابط المشروع وتسلسل الإنشاء وإدارة البرامج.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة وإدارة أصحاب مصلحة قوية.
- خبرة في تنسيق مقاولين متعددي التخصصات في مشاريع إنشائية واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة سابقة في الشرق الأوسط في مشاريع بنية تحتية كبرى أو مشاريع ضيافة أو تطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات أو مشاريع عملاقة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارية لإدارة المشاريع، وذلك لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

The Project
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing the construction delivery of civil, infrastructure and building works packages.
- Monitoring contractor performance against approved programme, quality and safety requirements.
- Supporting construction progress across multiple work fronts whilst identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
- Overseeing utility and infrastructure assets including district cooling facilities, generator farms, water treatment facilities, sewage treatment infrastructure, fire water storage systems, pump stations and associated networks.
- Managing roads, hardscape, landscape and general civil works throughout construction.
- Coordinating interfaces between contractors, consultants, specialist suppliers and client representatives.
- Reviewing construction methodologies, sequencing plans, temporary works proposals and short-term recovery plans.
- Monitoring construction progress, productivity and resource deployment.
- Supporting site coordination meetings, progress reviews and technical workshops.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, contract requirements and approved construction documentation.
- Assisting commercial teams with variations, claims reviews and change management processes.
- Promoting a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across all construction activities.
- Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Supporting project reporting, governance requirements and stakeholder communications.
- Degree qualified in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
- Significant experience delivering major civil, infrastructure and building projects.
- Experience managing contractor-delivered construction packages within complex project environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure works including roads, utilities, treatment plants, pump stations, industrial facilities and associated civil infrastructure.
- Previous experience working within a PMC, consultancy, contractor or client-side environment.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, construction sequencing and programme management.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary contractors across large-scale construction projects.
- Previous Middle East experience on major infrastructure developments, hospitality projects, mixed-use developments or giga-projects.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
