تعلن شركة Mace عن وظيفة (مساعد مدير تكلفة - سعودي الجنسية) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تجمع Mace بين الخبرة في الإنشاءات والاستشارات لإطلاق الإمكانات في كل شخص أو مشروع وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح. هذا المشروع هو وجهة متعددة الاستخدامات في قلب الرياض، مصممة لاستضافة الفعاليات الرياضية والترفيهية والثقافية والمجتمعية على مدار العام، مما يعزز المشهد الاجتماعي والترفيهي الحيوي للمدينة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في دراسات الجدوى واستراتيجيات المشتريات واختيار العقود وإعداد تقارير المشتريات لدعم تنفيذ المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة إدارة القيمة والتقدير والتخطيط للتكاليف لتطوير خطط تكلفة دقيقة وفعالة.
- المشاركة في عملية المشتريات الكاملة، بما في ذلك التأهيل المسبق، والاستفسارات عن العطاءات، وتحليل العروض، واختيار المقاولين، وإعداد العقود.
- المساعدة في إعداد وثائق العقود والضمانات والسندات والتراخيص والتقييمات وإدارة التغييرات التعاقدية وفقاً للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- دعم مراقبة التكاليف والتقارير المالية وتحليل التكاليف ومراقبة تغييرات التصميم ومنح العقود وأنشطة الإنشاء والتكاليف المتعلقة بالعميل.
- المساهمة في أنشطة إدارة العقود، بما في ذلك الإنجاز العملي والحسابات النهائية وإصدار شهادات تصحيح العيوب وإجراءات الإنجاز النهائي.
- تقديم دعم إدارة التكاليف لفرق المشروع، وتطوير علاقات فعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة، والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الفريق والمنطقة.
- توجيه وتدريب أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين، وتعزيز ممارسات العمل التعاوني، ودعم مبادرات الحياد الكربوني الصفري من خلال الإدارة الاستباقية للكربون واستراتيجيات خفضه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل دراسي مناسب.
- خبرة ذات صلة في التقدير وإدارة التكاليف قبل التعاقد.
- خبرة قوية في دعم تخطيط التكاليف والقياس والتغييرات وإعداد التقارير.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة في شركة استشارية لإدارة المشاريع، وهو مطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

This job is for a Saudi national willing to be based in Riyadh.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Assists with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, contract selection, and preparation of procurement reports to support project delivery.
- Supports value management, estimating, and cost planning activities to develop accurate and effective project cost plans.
- Participates in the full procurement process, including prequalification, tender enquiries, bid analysis, contractor selection, and contract preparation.
- Assists in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, valuations, and management of contract variations in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Supports cost control, financial reporting, cost analysis, and monitoring of design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-related costs.
- Contributes to contract administration activities, including practical completion, final accounts, defect rectification certification, and final completion processes.
- Provides cost management support to project teams, develops effective relationships with stakeholders, and contributes to the delivery of team and regional objectives.
- Guides and coaches junior team members while promoting collaborative working practices and supporting net zero carbon initiatives through proactive carbon management and reduction strategies.
- A relevant degree qualification.
- Relevant experience in estimating and pre-contract cost management.
- Strong experience supporting cost planning, measurement, variations, and reporting.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
