فرصة للعمل مع شركة Mace في الرياض كمشرف مشاريع أول (تسليم الفنادق) ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، حيث ستقود تسليم حزمة بناء رئيسية من مرحلة الإنشاء حتى الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم والإغلاق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تسليم حزمة بناء رئيسية خلال مرحلتي الإنشاء والتسليم.
- إدارة وتنسيق المقاولين والاستشاريين والمتخصصين وفرق مراقبة المشاريع الداخلية لتحقيق أهداف البرنامج.
- مراقبة تقدم الإنشاء مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة وتحديد إجراءات التخفيف عند الحاجة.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً للالتزامات التعاقدية ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة وإجراءات المشروع.
- رئاسة اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم تقارير واضحة حول التقدم والمخاطر والمشكلات والفرص والقرارات الرئيسية.
- مراجعة برامج المقاولين ومنهجيات العمل وخطط التعافي واستراتيجيات الموارد.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المعمارية أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على عضوية مهنية مثل MRICS أو MCIOB أو PMP أو ما يعادلها.
- سنوات خبرة واسعة في تسليم مشاريع البناء واسعة النطاق.
- سجل حافل بالعمل في شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع أو شريك تسليم أو شركة إدارة مشاريع أو جهة عميل.
- خبرة قوية في مرحلة الإنشاء على مشاريع كبيرة متعددة الاستخدامات أو الضيافة أو الترفيه أو التجارية أو المعقدة.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق متعددة من المقاولين والاستشاريين في برامج كبرى.
- فهم قوي لإدارة العقود ومراقبة المشاريع والجدولة وإدارة المخاطر وإدارة التغيير.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات في بيئات تسليم سريعة الوتيرة.

We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to join our project management team on a high-profile mixed-use development currently in the construction phase. Acting as part of the programme delivery partner organisation, you will lead the delivery of major building works from construction through to testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out.

Acting as part of the programme delivery partner organisation, you will lead the delivery of major building works from construction through to testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage the delivery of a major building package through the construction and handover phases.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, specialists, and internal project controls teams to achieve programme objectives.
- Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and identify mitigation measures where required.
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, quality standards, safety requirements, and project procedures.
- Chair project meetings and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, issues, opportunities, and key decisions.
- Review contractor programmes, methodologies, recovery plans, and resource strategies.
- Drive proactive risk management and resolution of technical, commercial, and operational issues.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and project close-out activities.
- Support governance processes, approvals, and project reporting requirements.
- Foster a collaborative working environment across all project stakeholders.
- Champion health, safety, sustainability, and quality performance throughout delivery.
- Mentor and support project managers and other junior team members.
- Degree qualified in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, project management, or a related discipline.
- Professional membership such as MRICS, MCIOB, PMP, or equivalent is desirable.
- Extensive years of experience delivering large-scale building developments.
- Proven track record working in a project management consultancy, delivery partner, PMC, or client organisation.
- Strong construction-phase experience on large mixed-use, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, commercial, or complex building projects.
- Experience managing multiple contractors and consultant teams on major programmes.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, project controls, scheduling, risk management, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced delivery environments.
- Experience through commissioning, testing, handover, and operational readiness is highly desirable.
