Mace تبحث عن مدير تقدير تكاليف (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في مشروع معلم متعدد الاستخدامات في الرياض، يجمع بين الخبرة الإنشائية والاستشارية لإطلاق الإمكانات في كل شخص أو مشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الفرق في إعداد خطط التكلفة والتقديرات وتمارين القياس، بما في ذلك جداول الكميات عبر مشاريع ومحافظ متعددة.
- تطوير المراجعات الاستراتيجية وتقييمات الفرص وأنشطة جمع المعلومات لدعم فرص المشاريع واستراتيجيات التقدير.
- إدارة وتنفيذ تمارين المقارنة المعيارية للتحقق من التقديرات وضمان التنافسية والدقة في التكلفة.
- الإشراف على عمليات ضمان الجودة للتقديرات، وضمان أن تكون المخرجات قوية ومناسبة للغرض ومتوافقة مع متطلبات العمل.
- عرض التقديرات على أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، مع إظهار فهم شامل لنطاق المشروع والمخاطر والافتراضات والتكاليف.
- تقديم خبرة في التقدير ونمذجة المخاطر وتحليل السيناريوهات، مع توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ لجمهور فني وغير فني.
- تقييم عروض الموردين والمقاولين، وتقديم رؤى تجارية ونماذج حلول وخيارات استراتيجية للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
- إدارة وتوجيه وتطوير فرق التقدير، وتمثيل الشركة في مشاركات العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة، ودعم أهداف الحياد الكربوني الصفري من خلال مبادرات إدارة الكربون وخفضه الاستباقية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل دراسي ذو صلة.
- خبرة ذات صلة في التقدير وإدارة التكاليف قبل التعاقد، بما في ذلك 6 سنوات على الأقل في أدوار إدارية عليا في مشاريع بنية تحتية كبيرة أو تطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع، وذلك وفقًا لمتطلبات الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

This job is for a Saudi national willing to be based in Riyadh.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supervise teams in preparing cost plans, estimates, and measurement exercises, including schedules of quantities, across multiple projects and portfolios.
- Develop strategic reviews, prospect assessments, and fact-finding activities to support project opportunities and estimating strategies.
- Manage and perform benchmarking exercises to validate estimates and ensure cost competitiveness and accuracy.
- Oversee quality assurance processes for estimates, ensuring outputs are robust, fit for purpose, and aligned with business requirements.
- Present estimates to key stakeholders, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of project scope, risks, assumptions, and costs.
- Provide expert estimating, risk modeling, and scenario analysis, delivering actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evaluate supplier and contractor quotations, providing commercial insights, modeling solutions, and strategic options to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage, mentor, and develop estimating teams, represent the business in client and stakeholder engagements, and support net zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management and reduction initiatives.
- A relevant degree qualification.
- Relevant experience in estimating and pre-contract cost management, including at least 6 years in senior management roles on large infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
