شركة Mace تعلن عن وظيفة مدير إنشاءات - البنية التحتية (موقع نائي) في منطقة الرياض. تهدف الشركة من خلال هذه الوظيفة إلى دعم تسليم مشروع ترفيهي وضيافة فاخر واسع النطاق بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين واستشاريين عالميين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تسليم الإنشاءات لحزم الأعمال المدنية والبنية التحتية والمباني.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين وفقاً للبرنامج المعتمد ومتطلبات الجودة والسلامة.
- دعم التقدم الإنشائي عبر جبهات عمل متعددة مع تحديد مخاطر التسليم والتخفيف منها.
- الإشراف على أصول المرافق والبنية التحتية بما في ذلك مرافق التبريد المركزي، مزارع المولدات، محطات معالجة المياه، البنية التحتية لمعالجة الصرف الصحي، أنظمة تخزين مياه الإطفاء، محطات الضخ والشبكات المرتبطة بها.
- إدارة أعمال الطرق والمسطحات الصلبة والمناظر الطبيعية والأعمال المدنية العامة خلال الإنشاءات.
- تنسيق الواجهات بين المقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين المتخصصين وممثلي العميل.
- مراجعة منهجيات الإنشاء، خطط التسلسل، مقترحات الأعمال المؤقتة وخطط التعافي قصيرة المدى.
- مراقبة تقدم الإنشاء والإنتاجية ونشر الموارد.
- دعم اجتماعات التنسيق في الموقع ومراجعات التقدم وورش العمل الفنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات العقد ووثائق الإنشاء المعتمدة.
- مساعدة الفرق التجارية في التغييرات ومراجعات المطالبات وعمليات إدارة التغيير.
- تعزيز ثقافة قوية للصحة والسلامة والرفاهية عبر جميع أنشطة الإنشاء.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق في الموقع لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
- دعم إعداد التقارير للمشروع ومتطلبات الحوكمة واتصالات أصحاب المصلحة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة مؤهل في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة كبيرة في تسليم مشاريع كبرى مدنية وبنية تحتية ومباني.
- خبرة في إدارة حزم الإنشاءات التي ينفذها المقاولون ضمن بيئات مشاريع معقدة.
- فهم قوي لأعمال البنية التحتية بما في ذلك الطرق والمرافق ومحطات المعالجة ومحطات الضخ والمرافق الصناعية والبنية التحتية المدنية المرتبطة بها.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن بيئة إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو الاستشارات أو المقاولات أو جهة العميل.
- فهم جيد لمنهجيات الإنشاء وضوابط المشروع وتسلسل الإنشاء وإدارة البرامج.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في تنسيق المقاولين متعددي التخصصات عبر مشاريع إنشاءات واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة سابقة في الشرق الأوسط في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو مشاريع الضيافة أو التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات أو المشاريع العملاقة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لصالح شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهو مطلوب للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل.

The Project
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing the construction delivery of civil, infrastructure and building works packages.
- Monitoring contractor performance against approved programme, quality and safety requirements.
- Supporting construction progress across multiple work fronts whilst identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
- Overseeing utility and infrastructure assets including district cooling facilities, generator farms, water treatment facilities, sewage treatment infrastructure, fire water storage systems, pump stations and associated networks.
- Managing roads, hardscape, landscape and general civil works throughout construction.
- Coordinating interfaces between contractors, consultants, specialist suppliers and client representatives.
- Reviewing construction methodologies, sequencing plans, temporary works proposals and short-term recovery plans.
- Monitoring construction progress, productivity and resource deployment.
- Supporting site coordination meetings, progress reviews and technical workshops.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, contract requirements and approved construction documentation.
- Assisting commercial teams with variations, claims reviews and change management processes.
- Promoting a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across all construction activities.
- Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Supporting project reporting, governance requirements and stakeholder communications.
- Degree qualified in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
- Significant experience delivering major civil, infrastructure and building projects.
- Experience managing contractor-delivered construction packages within complex project environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure works including roads, utilities, treatment plants, pump stations, industrial facilities and associated civil infrastructure.
- Previous experience working within a PMC, consultancy, contractor or client-side environment.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, construction sequencing and programme management.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary contractors across large-scale construction projects.
- Previous Middle East experience on major infrastructure developments, hospitality projects, mixed-use developments or giga-projects.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
