شركة Mace تبحث عن مدير أجهزة القياس والتحكم / مدير مشاريع MEP أول للعمل في موقع تبوك أملج بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك للمشاركة ضمن فريق إدارة المشاريع (PMC) في تسليم مشروع ترفيهي وضيافة كبير، بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين واستشاريين عالميين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تسليم أنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم والأتمتة وأنظمة MEP التخصصية بدءاً من التصميم وحتى مرحلة التشغيل والتسليم.
- إدارة جميع مراحل المشروع بما في ذلك مراجعات التصميم، ودعم المشتريات، والإشراف على الإنشاءات، والاختبار، والتشغيل، والجاهزية التشغيلية.
- العمل كمرجع تقني رئيسي لأنظمة PMS و SCADA و BMS و CCMS و EMS والأنظمة منخفضة الجهد (ELV) وتقنيات المباني الذكية المتكاملة.
- تنسيق فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل الاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين والمتكاملين المتخصصين وأصحاب المصلحة من جهة العميل.
- مراجعة والتحقق من هندسة الأنظمة، فلسفات التحكم، طبولوجيا الشبكات واستراتيجيات التكامل.
- قيادة أنشطة التكامل بين الأنظمة (MSI) لضمان التواصل السلس بين المنصات الميكانيكية والكهربائية وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات والأنظمة منخفضة الجهد والتقنيات التشغيلية.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع، وإدارة المخاطر الفنية، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف لضمان التسليم الناجح.
- مراجعة مستندات المقاولين والرسومات التنفيذية وبيانات طرق العمل وإجراءات الاختبار وخطط التشغيل.
- إدارة اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SAT) واختبارات الأنظمة المتكاملة والتحقق من الأداء.
- قيادة ورش العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة واجتماعات التنسيق الفني مع تقديم تقارير دورية عن البرنامج والمخاطر وحالة التسليم.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الدولية واللوائح المحلية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- دعم التسليم التشغيلي والتدريب وإدارة معلومات الأصول والجاهزية لدورة حياة المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الأجهزة أو هندسة التحكم أو الميكاترونكس أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في تنفيذ مشاريع MEP أو البنية التحتية أو التطويرات الكبيرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم والأتمتة ضمن برامج كبرى.
- معرفة تقنية قوية بأنظمة PMS و SCADA و BMS و CCMS و EMS و PLC و DDC وأنظمة التحكم المتكاملة.
- خبرة في قيادة أنشطة التكامل الشامل للأنظمة (Master Systems Integration - MSI) وتنسيق الواجهات بين منصات تقنية متعددة.
- خبرة قابلة للإثبات في مشاريع البنية التحتية المعقدة والمرافق وأنظمة التبريد المركزي والنقل والطيران ومراكز البيانات والرعاية الصحية والاستخدامات المختلطة أو التطويرات واسعة النطاق.
- فهم قوي لعمليات الاختبار والتشغيل والاختبار المتكامل للأنظمة والتسليم التشغيلي.
- خبرة في مراجعة التصاميم الفنية والمواصفات واستراتيجيات التحكم ومستندات المقاولين.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل وإعداد التقارير.
- خبرة في إدارة الاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين المتخصصين ضمن بيئة إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو الاستشارات أو جهة العميل.
- تفضّل خبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول الخليج أو الشرق الأوسط.
- فهم قوي لإدارة الواجهات (Interface Management).
- سجل حافل في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

The Role

Working as part of the PMC team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, installation, testing and integration of specialist MEP, ICT and control systems, ensuring seamless operation across multiple assets and stakeholders. The role requires a strong technical background in plant control systems, smart building technologies and systems integration, combined with proven project management capabilities within large-scale, multidisciplinary developments.

Your Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of instrumentation, controls, automation and specialist MEP systems from design through commissioning and handover.
- Managing all project phases including design reviews, procurement support, construction oversight, testing, commissioning and operational readiness.
- Acting as the primary technical authority for PMS, SCADA, BMS, CCMS, EMS, ELV and integrated building technology systems.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, vendors, specialist integrators and client stakeholders.
- Reviewing and validating system architecture, control philosophies, network topologies and integration strategies.
- Driving Systems Integration (MSI) activities to ensure seamless communication between mechanical, electrical, ICT, ELV and operational technology platforms.
- Monitoring project progress, managing technical risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Reviewing contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, testing procedures and commissioning plans.
- Managing factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), integrated systems testing and performance validation.
- Leading stakeholder workshops and technical coordination meetings while providing regular reporting on programme, risks and delivery status.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, local regulations and industry best practice.
- Supporting operational handover, training, asset information management and lifecycle readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
- Approximately 15+ years of experience delivering complex MEP, infrastructure or large development projects.
- Proven experience managing instrumentation, controls and automation systems within major programmes.
- Strong technical knowledge of PMS, SCADA, BMS, CCMS, EMS, PLC, DDC and integrated control systems.
- Experience leading Master Systems Integration (MSI) activities and coordinating interfaces between multiple technology platforms.
- Demonstrable experience with complex infrastructure, utilities, district cooling, transportation, aviation, data centre, healthcare, mixed-use or large-scale development projects.
- Strong understanding of testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing and operational handover processes.
- Experience reviewing technical designs, specifications, control strategies and contractor deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.
- GCC or Middle East project experience preferred.
