تنضم شركة جاكوبس (Jacobs) إلى فريقها في منطقة تبوك لشغل وظيفة Quantity Surveyor، حيث ستقدم الدعم التجاري والتعاقدي في مشروع رئيسي للبنية التحتية للمياه في NEOM خلال مرحلة الإغلاق.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مساح كميات لدعم الإدارة التجارية والإغلاق الناجح لمشروع بنية تحتية للمياه في NEOM. ستعمل عن كثب مع مدير التجارة وفريق المشروع والمقاولين، وستكون مسؤولاً عن قياس وتقييم واعتماد الدفع وإدارة التغييرات وحل المطالبات وتسوية الحسابات النهائية للأعمال المنجزة. هذا الدور موقعي ويسهم في ضمان تسوية المشروع تجارياً والامتثال التعاقدي والانتقال الناجح خلال مراحل التسليم والإغلاق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وقياس والتحقق من الأعمال المنجزة للتقييمات المؤقتة والنهائية.
- تقييم طلبات الدفع للمقاولين وإعداد التوصيات وفقاً لمتطلبات العقد.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للكميات والتكاليف والتغييرات والمراسلات التجارية.
- دعم إعداد والتفاوض والاتفاق على الحسابات النهائية مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- مراجعة وتقييم التغييرات والتعويضات والتغييرات في النطاق.
- المساعدة في تقييم وحل المطالبات والمنازعات التجارية والمسائل التعاقدية.
- مراقبة تكاليف المشروع والالتزامات والإنفاق مقابل الميزانيات المعتمدة.
- إعداد ودعم التقارير التجارية الشهرية والتوقعات والتسويات التكلفة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والإنشاء ومراقبة المشروع والعملاء لضمان الإغلاق التجاري في الوقت المناسب.
- دعم أنشطة تسليم المشروع بضمان إتمام جميع الالتزامات التجارية والتسليمات التعاقدية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المسح الكمي أو الإدارة التجارية أو إدارة التكاليف ضمن مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المرافق أو الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشاءات.
- فهم قوي للقياس والتقييم واعتماد الدفع والتغييرات والحسابات النهائية وتقييم المطالبات وتقارير التكاليف وإدارة العقود.
- معرفة عملية بأشكال العقود الإنشائية القياسية والوثائق التجارية (الرسومات والمواصفات وكميات الأعمال وعمليات التحكم في التغيير).
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office Suite وبرامج المسح الكمي / الإدارة التجارية؛ يُفضل خبرة في أنظمة إدارة المشاريع والتحكم في المستندات.
- مهارات في مراقبة التكاليف وإدارة الميزانية والتنبؤ وإعداد الحساب النهائي والوعي بالمخاطر والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة وأنشطة الإغلاق التجاري.
- سلوكيات: اهتمام بالتفاصيل، تفكير تحليلي، مهارات تواصل، حل المشكلات، والقدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة مشروع موقعية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المسح الكمي أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يُفضل خبرة في مشاريع المياه أو المرافق أو البنية التحتية الكبرى في الشرق الأوسط.

At Jacobs, we push the limits of what is possible to make the world smarter and more connected. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team at NEOM and provide commercial and contractual support on a major water infrastructure project during its close out phase.
About The Opportunity
Support the commercial management and successful close out of a major water infrastructure project at NEOM. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Team, and Contractors, you will be responsible for the measurement, valuation, payment assessment, variation management, claims support, and final account settlement of completed works. This site-based role plays a key part in ensuring the project is commercially reconciled, contractually compliant, and successfully transitioned through handover and close out.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, measure, and verify completed works for interim and final valuations
- Assess contractor payment applications and prepare recommendations in accordance with contract requirements
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, variations, and commercial correspondence
- Support the preparation, negotiation, and agreement of final accounts with contractors and subcontractors
- Review and evaluate variations, compensation events, and scope changes
- Assist with the assessment and resolution of claims, commercial disputes, and contractual matters.
- Monitor project costs, commitments, and expenditure against approved budgets
- Prepare and support monthly commercial reports, forecasts, and cost reconciliations
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, project controls, and client teams to ensure timely commercial close out
- Support project handover activities by ensuring all commercial obligations and contractual deliverables are completed.
- Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Cost Management within infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or construction projects
- Technical Strong understanding of measurement, valuation, payment certification, variations, final accounts, claims assessment, cost reporting, and contract administration
- Contractual Working knowledge of standard forms of construction contracts and commercial documentation, including drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and change control processes
- Digital Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying/commercial management software. Experience with project management and document control systems is advantageous
- Project & Commercial Cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting, final account preparation, risk awareness, stakeholder coordination, and commercial close out activities
- Behavioral Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills, problem solving, and the ability to work effectively within a site-based project environment
- Education Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Preferred Experience working on water, utilities, or major infrastructure projects within the Middle East.
