شركة Jacobs تبحث عن مدير واجهات (Interface Manager) للانضمام إلى فريقها في مشروع NEOM بمنطقة تبوك، لقيادة أنشطة إدارة الواجهات خلال مراحل الإنجاز والتشغيل والتسليم والإغلاق لمشروع بنية تحتية مائية كبير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تحديد وإدارة وحل الواجهات بين المقاولين والاستشاريين والمشغلين ومقدمي الخدمات وأصحاب المصلحة من العميل.
- صيانة وإدارة سجل الواجهات الخاص بالمشروع، مع تتبع جميع الإجراءات والتبعيات والمخاطر حتى الإغلاق.
- تنسيق اجتماعات الواجهات وورش العمل واللقاءات مع أصحاب المصلحة لتسهيل اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب.
- دفع عملية حل مشكلات الواجهات الفنية والإنشائية والتشغيلية والتكليفية العالقة التي تؤثر على إنجاز المشروع وتسليمه.
- ضمان تضمين متطلبات الواجهات في خطط التكليف وأنشطة الجاهزية التشغيلية واستراتيجيات التسليم.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين فيما يتعلق بتسليمات الواجهات ومعالم الإنجاز.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والإنشاء والتجارة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومراقبة المشروع ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية/نمذجة معلومات البناء والتكليف لضمان التوافق عبر وظائف المشروع.
- تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف المخاطر المتعلقة بالواجهات التي قد تؤثر على تسليم المشروع أو التكليف أو التسليم.
- دعم مراجعة وتنسيق وثائق التسليم ومعلومات الأصول ومتطلبات القبول التشغيلي.
- تقديم تحديثات دورية عن حالة الواجهات وتقييمات المخاطر والتوصيات لإدارة المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة من العميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة الواجهات أو إدارة المشاريع أو الإدارة الهندسية أو أدوار تسليم المشاريع في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى (المرافق، النقل، المياه، الطاقة، أو المشاريع الصناعية).
- فهم قوي للهندسة والإنشاء والتكليف والجاهزية التشغيلية وعمليات التسليم وتسليم المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الواجهات على مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق تشمل مقاولين وأصحاب مصلحة وشركاء تسليم متعددين.
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة إدارة المشاريع وأدوات إدارة الواجهات و Autodesk Construction Cloud وأنظمة إدارة المستندات ومنصات التعاون الرقمية.

- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة.

This role is critical in ensuring that technical, construction, commissioning, commercial, and operational interfaces are effectively managed through to final project close-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, management, and resolution of interfaces between contractors, consultants, operators, utility providers, and client stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage the project interface register, ensuring all actions, dependencies, and risks are tracked through to closure.
- Coordinate interface meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to facilitate timely decision-making and issue resolution.
- Drive the resolution of outstanding technical, construction, commissioning, and operational interface issues affecting project completion and handover.
- Ensure interface requirements are incorporated into commissioning plans, operational readiness activities, and handover strategies.
- Monitor contractor performance relating to interface deliverables and completion milestones.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, commercial, HSE, project controls, GIS/BIM, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment across project functions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate interface-related risks that could impact project delivery, commissioning, or handover.
- Support the review and coordination of handover documentation, asset information, and operational acceptance requirements.
- Provide regular interface status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to project leadership and client stakeholders.
- Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in interface management, project management, engineering management, or project delivery roles on major infrastructure, utilities, transportation, water, energy, or industrial projects.
- Technical Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, handover processes, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Infrastructure Proven experience managing interfaces on large-scale infrastructure projects involving multiple contractors, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
- Digital Experience using project management systems, interface management tools, Autodesk Construction Cloud, document management systems, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Project & Commercial Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, change management, contract administration, stakeholder coordination, and project close-out processes.
- Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, resolve complex issues, and drive decisions in fast-paced project environments.
- Behavioral Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferred Experience working on major water, utilities, or infrastructure programmes in the Middle East with exposure to commissioning, operational readiness, and asset handover activities.
