Role Description The Parts Department Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing all activities related to spare parts operations. This role includes managing parts inventory levels, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring accurate ordering, storage, and availability of parts to support service and repair operations. The manager will lead the parts team, organize daily workflows, maintain high standards of customer service, and coordinate closely with service and sales departments to meet customer requirements promptly. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, optimizing processes for cost efficiency and responsiveness, and ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines. The Parts Department Manager will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support training and development of team members.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize losses.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure responsive, high-quality support to internal and external customers.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Service Parts management, including identification, sourcing, and documentation of parts.
• Relevant experience in parts or logistics management within industrial, construction equipment, or automotive sectors is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across service, sales, and operations functions.
• Proficiency in using ERP or inventory management systems and MS Office tools for reporting and analysis.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple priorities, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
